Subway, McMinnville OR

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star but everytime I come here the service is terrible. They don't even do the bare minimum. I ordered a sandwich with toppings and sauce and they gave me a peice of bread with only meat and nothing else. I am very disappointed and none of it is fresh. Waste of time and money and very unsatisfied. Don't recommend going here.

This is one of two Subway sandwich franchises in McMinnville and as always Subway delivers. I was greeted with a smile and the process of building my sandwich was on point. It was fast and pleasant. It was very clean including the rest rooms. The parking lot was small but the drive thru makes up for it. They are handicap and wheelchair accessible. The prices are competitive but are much better with the coupons they send in the mail.

The service was awesome My sandwich and my daughters was great.honestly made my day better. My sandwiches had a good amount of ingredients and they didn't treat me badly here.

I never leave reviews. This time though it was bad customer service. I ordered on the app and when I went to pick up the two girl employees, were not very polite. I asked how long it would take, they responded with an attitude. When I went back in after I said thank you for their time and my sandwiches and again answered with an attitude. I understand it can be stressful and tiring. I’ve worked and continue to work in the food industry but always known to be respectful even in bad days. I will be taking my service elsewhere, after the continuous bad service I get at this location. This wasn’t the first time I get bad service.

Very nice atmosphere, along with great service and server's. This Subway and Wast Salem's Subway are the best.

The girl was really nice but I ordered a 6 inch sub and got a 4 inch. Not very convenient when you’re super hungry.if they can’t tell what size to cut it at least use a ruler

Very clean store but awfully warm in there it’s like almost 80 degrees outside and inside the store it’s 60+ other then that no complaints

Lazy girls! I arrive one hour and half before the store close and they didn't have nothing to prepared 1 footlong sandwich

I didn't want any of the veggies on my sandwich.they were all brown look old differently not fresh looking I don't like cold food as it when I eat out

Ordered delivery to compare with other sandwich shops in Mac. Could not customize the sandwich even though I specified in the instructions. The salad was not as shown in the picture by far.

Went to get my money back due to a failed delivery. I tried calling Subway and there is no way to talk to anyone, then went to the shop and was told there wasn’t even a manager in the venue. I left my contact information with the kid that was working and still no one reached out. Between this fiasco with Subway and DoorDash I am out $21 and just want a refund.

Ordered food through doordash. Doordarsh dropped food off. All sandwiches have wrong cheese, and one was suppose to be a foot long, but only got 6in. Horrible employees. Very lazy. Very dissatisfied. Zero stars.

We had very terrible service at the one on 99W. Food wasn't that great either. We left and not going back to it

Super great food! Just make sure you're specific with your order. If you think something comes with lettuce, add it on the options anyways. Super great for customizing!
