Subway (South Medford)

I was not over happy about my Sub Club, but that could be the choices I made. I didn't toast my bread, and I didn't use mayo, using oil and vinegar instead. The bread was almost doughy without structure. The sandwich was dry, and mayo might have helped moisturizers the sandwich.
It was about 12: 30 PM, so they were busy, so I had a reasonable time to have my order taken.
As to atmosphere, this Subway was in a strip mall and it was small and crowded.

I went into get 4 footlongs today at 3pm. Only one employee available, food case was gross, mold oncase. Ice on veggie and meat containers where sandwich would be made. Very disappointed. My daughter and I left. I usually spend $50.

Cherry the girl with the pigtails is VERY RUDE & needs to take some customer service classes or NOT work in customer service

Honestly I loved the experience here so much that I applied and got a job there that's how much I wanted to be a part of the subway team so that I could bring smiles to others faces like the smile they put on my face!

Great place, but Subway managers need to stop scheduling only one person at a time. How is one person supposed to handle counter, drive-thru, and online orders?

I visited this location first and I told my wife to be careful with this guy with the hearing aid, and said and done when she went it was there same, but my wife is going to tell you your truths, those times are no longer And I'm glad that there are people like my wife who don't to be trampled by others.

If you are a Latin person or you do not speak English perfectly, I do not recommend this place. A friend and I suffered discrimination and racialism from a member of this place. Most of them are very nice people, but this guy treated us very badly. How to recognize him is man who wears a hearing aid for deafness, after I complained his guy was justified because he doesn't hear well but we have to be honest and start calling things by their name we know what he mean, They feel the way they look at us or talk to us.
I had been in many other subways for years and had never had a problem making myself understood.
I at least will never return at least to this one.

Great staff, made my grandkids' day treating them well! The food was very good. Plastic environment, clean restroom (good considering the area), seats a bit hard.

Pulled into the drive through where there was only 1 car there as I arrived. Sat in line for over 5 minutes before I decided to leave as it seemed no one was taking the order of the car who eas there before me. As someone who has worked fast food before the management should br ashamed who ever they had working this staff on 7/2 that they couldn't even get 1 car through the driver through in over 5 minutes time.

Well, the man took my order. I wish I had his name, but I don’t when I got to the window he asked me how much my order was as if he didn’t know and turned around and then realized it was on his screen. Then said have a nice day without handing me my sandwich hadn’t even made the sandwich yet and I said I didn’t get a sandwich sir. Oh OK I’ll be right back takes about 10 minutes just to get the sandwich done hands it to me out the window without a bag And I got home and it was the wrong bread. I’m not sure if the guy was stoned or what was going on but they need to check in on their people. I’m not going back to that subway that’s for sure. I would like my $8 back. Ugh

Subway is a great place to get a fresh and healthy sandwich. The sauces are a great add-on, with a variety of flavors and options. The service is quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Subway is a perfect place to grab a satisfying and delicious meal on your way.

They marked in the app that the order was ready but the guy hadn't even started and said he didn't check for app orders. Not sure how one can say that but then mark the order as ready.

They were excellent fast friendly service. Food was so yummy the two gentleman that worked on memorial day were the sweetest.

Has good food when they make order correctly. Ordered on app and got 2 out of 3 sandwhiches incorrect.

They sounded patient while at drive thru, the order was correct, and the service was with a smile, and it tasted wonderful.

I ordered a couple of drinks tonight because it's late, I just got off work and I have no access to water. I didn't get my water, and my other drink (vitamin water) was replaced with a soda. I know it's a small thing for you, but you ruined my night. Also you didn't even bother to include a straw for the soda you gave me. Just why?

Had to pick up a DoorDash order from here at about 10: 20pm on 3/23. The sign said open. All doors locked. No one answered the drive thru.

After pulling up to the drive thru window I was greeted by a SCREAMING girl who literally screamed in my face they would not be making any food tonight.

It looked like some sort of domestic screaming match going on inside the store.

I can’t believe the price I paid for a (one) bowl of salad and a small drink with two cookies $18.18 just two days ago I got the same thing except no drink and cookies and I paid less then $9.00 @ a diffrent subway there is no way a drink and cookies cost $8.00
