Subway, West Linn OR

I normally go to this subway all the time! Normally pretty great but I had the worst service of my life at subway! I was served by “ Alex “ they were very rude and made my sandwich with bad lettuce and tomato’s and cucumbers. My sandwich was also so poorly cut and folded everything fell out of it soon as I opened it! Was just unhappy with my service that day. I’ve had another bad experience with this worker I got a cookie for a friend and very clearly asked for a whistle chocolate chip and they gave me the wrong one and was just rude the entire time!

Store is operated by incompetent children. I would not trust them to handle my food. The manager with the blonde hair is rude and unhelpful.

Three young girls working, and they couldn't focus on their job, too worried about other things going on.to make a long story. Apparently they need adult supervision.
Also they were out of wheat and cheese.

This location has a serious fly problem. Lost my appetite.
The store has some kind of cover over the meat so that customers can't see what they are ordering, forcing customers to order off the menu instead of making a custom Sandwich costing you about $10 more than you would if you had just ordered yourself. Good grief.

The girl that was working 10/19/24 at 5pm was one of the rudest people ive ever talked to. Clearly irritated that i wanted a sammich and apparantly angry she had to make it for me. And she treated all the other customers the same, all while berating her coworker in front of everybody.

I had an interview with the owner (Jasmine) it was going well, conversation was good, but I got to excited and I talked over her and interrupted her while she was talking about four or five times I do admit but about the job and such but. I was excited. & the owner (Jasmine) just sarcastically snapped at me about how I kept interrupting her, and how it wasn't going to be good for training (she compared how I am off-clock to how my work ethic would be?) SO, I felt scolded and embarrassed (I'm a DV survivor as well, that was a trigger) I can honestly literally tell you I shut down. I want people to know that this was wrong, it made me feel belittled and insulted, no one should be put in that position ever. I decided to go a different direction for this reason. I said it was because of the sandwich formula quiz I had to take, I have 5+ years Subway experience, also clinically proven to be born with a photographic memory, the quiz would've been FUN & fine.it was feeling like I had to crawl into a shell by a woman who's hypothetically w a s going to be my boss.wow.no thank you.bottom line stand up for how YOU feel don't let anyone treat you LESS than who you are.

I ended up ordering a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. Whatever sauce they used was not sweet onion teriyaki. It was really dark colored and tasted awful. I threw half of my sandwich away because I couldn't eat anymore of it.

We bought a Veggie Foot Long to go on the evening of 7/3/23. At home we found the vegs & bread were dry. We bought the same a week before & it was great. I have called daily multiple times & there is no answer & no option to leave a msg. Please tell your employees to answer the phone so I can discuss this issue.

No bread 2.5 hours before closing on a Saturday night?

Pretty bad. Might be one of the worst. Super slow. Watched people walk out in rage. Register had food should by it, woman working didn't care. Skip this place

This store is located in one of the highest income areas in the State, fuel is over $5 gallon, eggs are $10 and you can't break $100 bill? You just wasted more money on throwing my order away than you lost in thefts in the last year. Great business model.

I usually order the Tuna Sandwich, but today I went with the Meat Lovers witch! Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you, this was really good eatin', I think you couldn't mess it up with whatever you add on there on top of the base model witch, but it was a great change from the norm! Whoop whoop! I also got the Flat Bread Egg and Cheese with just cheese and the Southwestern Siracha Sauce, for my guy, and he said it was really good! The artisans were awesome! I asked what sauce he recommended for the Flatbread and he was spot on! I even saw the Chief of Police in the line ordering to go with what I guessed was staff as he knew her name. Makes me feel like it's a great place for regulars! What SUBWAY isn't? My cousin in Saipan has SUBWAY for lunch every single day, literally, to maintain, you know what I mean! Thanks for reading!

The people who work here are beyond smart! Ordered online and ended up waiting for 10 minutes because they are unable to prioritize orders nor do the basics of their job. What a joke and brainless. What else do you expect from Subway and Mcds employees? ! Last time I order here

Wouldn't order from this location. Had a mobile order Footlong Pro and was given a random 6 inch sandwich. On top of all that I was served after a 30 minute wait due to the lunch rush I was trying to avoid. So instead of stuck waiting for a new sandwich, save yourself time and go elsewhere.

Courteous staff, but they have decided not to carry gluten free or low carb breakfast as they used to do. I will go back once they carry them again.

Twice now I’ve ordered cheesy bread for my grandsons only to get home and the bread is disgusting hard and burnt so annoying they can’t eat it and the sandwiches aren’t cheap! Bread is very hard.
