Subway, Woodburn OR

Subpar service, no cups and only 2 types of bread. We don’t expect much from a subway but expect them to be stocked and not give attitude.

Service was good, she was very attentive while she was training.
The sandwich bread was horrible. It was extremely chewy/stale and my 9 year old couldn’t even finish her kids sandwich because it was too hard for her to take a bite and chew.

It was really good despite how extremely busy they were it was so crowded and they were out of chips to go with the combo meal etc and although you would think they would compensate somehow but they didn't but anyhow it was okay afterall at least I got to dine in and got satisfactory soda refills etc.

One artist working really hard while the line is nearly out the door and the other 3 artists are laughing in the back and avoiding eye contact with people in the line. Took 20 min to get a sandwich

It's an outlet mall location. They try their best to keep up with how busy they get. They are short staffed so please be patient.

Always dirty in store, veggies sometimes bad and wait is so long due to them always only having 1 person and this is a mall location

The manager was very rude and disrespectful at check out with me and my friend. “It” gave us major attitude towards using a coupon. It stated that “this will NEVER happen again. ” I know it’s life must be hard being a transgender, and working at subway, but that is not how you should treat other people. I want to give zero stars. It’s nails were a foot long and eye lashes were stolen off a cow. Horrible customer service. This person is not a suitable choice for management.

Manager I assume, don’t know if it’s a woman or man, but they didn’t like that I had a coupon with my friend and wanted to use it. First coupon went through fine until this manager came out of nowhere demanding that they don’t take coupons even though the first transaction went through normally. I think the manager is racist or just having a bad day because I’ve never seen a place not take coupons. And after we left, they were smirking and laughing. What a horrible customer service.

I eat here a lot since I work at the mall and it’s fast and convenient. My most recent visit was bad though: The manager took my order, and the first thing I noticed was she was not wearing a hat or visor even though she had long very messy hair that was in a very low ponytail. All of her employees were wearing hats though. When I went up to take my order she didnt even greet me, she had a massive attitude, she was quiet so it was hard to hear what she was asking too and she got upset when I asked her to repeat herself. I told her I worked at the mall since we get discounts at the food places and she rolled her eyes and asked what store, and even after showing her my store ID she gave me no discount. That’s not a big deal, just kind of peeved me. I got sick from the sandwich too. The employees are always really nice, just not the manager, which is why this is two stars rather than one.

Gross! The veggies were rotten and they said they did not have more…. This subway would not pass health code if they tried. We refused to eat it. We watched the one girl handle money and change and then continue to put veggies on sandwiches.

They didn’t get any of the order right and we had to correct her many times and she acted like we were the annoying ones and even after we correct her she still gets the order wrong
