Dr. Massinne is a very knowledgeable man. He explains things very plainly so I e can understand what he is saying. I am very happy to have him for my kidney doctor.

The office is well run. Doctor Feldman is a caring and brilliant Doctor. Always responsive and helpful.

I had slipped on ice, falling backwards, hitting my head on the pavement. Dr Ingraham, the nurse and the imaging people could not have been kinder, nor more attentive. I am very, very grateful to them all.

Horrible service at the sleep disorder center. Couldn’t believe they allow such people to work there. They all seemed to have an attitude and I could have sworn one lady tooted while in the room with me, how disgusting! Wish I could give zero stars because WOW, will never be going there ever again, would never recommend to ANYBODY.

This place keeps billing me for things that are already paid. Each time the bill gets somehow bigger too. I had to go to another eye doctor to get my prescription right as SMG eye care doesn't have updated equipment, nor do they have the staffing necessary to truly take care of each of their customers. I have contacted them multiple times about this repeat bill and each time they see that it's false and reverse it, only to then send a bigger bill out the next month. This place is literally the worst and I will never recommend someone here.

Went in for a cardiac calcium screening. Was told the results would be ready in 7 days. After a week, I called and was told 7-10 days. Called after 10 days and was told it would be 2 weeks. Called after 2 weeks and was told it takes 2 to 3 weeks. Called after 3 weeks. Was on hold for over half hour. Finally drove to the clinic where I was told it takes longer than 3 weeks because the cardiologist reads these scans in between patients. I’ve had these done every year and it’s never taken longer than a week. Don’t trust your health or your heart to this clinic. Just bogus

I had an appointment with MARY CARROLL yesterday and everything went great. The medicine I was put on worked well. The nurse KIM RICH was extremely helpful. All the questions I had were answered and explained in detail.

I am treated with respect by caring Doctors and all other staff. The doctor's take their time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I never feel as though I am being rushed out so they can get to their next appointment.

Dr Feldman is a brilliant, friendly & professional doctor. His staff are great too; always remembering friendly things we've talked about in the past, even if it's a yearly exam. To our family, he's the best.

Update: I came in for an appointment today and upon arriving I was told by staff that I would have to put a second mask over the mask I already had on to be able to go to my appointment, The mask they handed me was a flimsy mask that was no where near as good as the n95 I had on. This is a tyrannical policy that I will not submit or comply with. I do believe mask help slow the spread and we should all wear them when around others but wearing two mask was a step to far for me. If you can find another care provider I would recommend going elsewhere.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, I have been seeing a doc here for about two years and in that time I have always arrived 10min before my appointment for check in but on avg end up waiting at least an hour before my doc's assistant comes out and puts me in the exam room where I usually wait another 20min or so. So if time is important to you then you may want to reconsider coming here. Also the left hand doesn't talk to the right hand, I have twice had my doctor not be in the office when I showed up for a scheduled appointment (if hes sick or something that's fine) but they put you with a random doctor (that also takes forever to "fit you in") and that random doctor and your primary can't see each others notes making it hard for the original doctor to provide follow up treatments based of the last test or exams that were preformed. This place is a mess.

Staff and health care providers were efficient, professional and positive from start to finish.

Dr. Hans Russell continues to be the most professional and personable primary care provider I have ever met. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have been a patient of Dr Feldman’s for over 10 years. I can honestly say he has saved my life I don’t know how many times. Thanks to his extreme knowledge and his work ethics, I have been the recipient of his success in his field.
I am so great full for his attention to all the facits of my health, he is so mituclous about all the details and he rarely misses anything. I have come to love him for the professional that he is and I highly recommend him to any one that is having kind of kidney issues, they will be so well taken care of.
I have also appreciated his staff, I have always been treated with the up most respect and dignity, no matter what kind of day I was having, his nurses and office people have always been so kind and loving, never have they let their frustrations of a long hard day get in the way of their professionalism.
They are all like family to me and I have come to love them. They all get a 10 out of 10 from myself and my family. And I sincerely wish to say Thank you to and for them and I pray the Lord will bless each one of them.

My wife is suffering from Pericardial Effusion. Has been to the ER 3 times and various Summit offices and is still awake all night with chest pains and breathing problems.
The issue today is that she spent an hour on hold this morning and being disconnected 3 times. She finally got through and was told to come in early. After she had been there for over two hours I tried to call her Drs. Assistant and I kept being connected to appointment scheduling and left on hold. After a half hour I gave up.
I like my and her doctors but not the clinic since Summit took over. Between my wife and I they have gotten hundreds of thousands of dollars from our insurance. We’ve both had cancer. I have heart and back problems and still have cancer.
Why can’t they answer a phone?

Dr. Kahr took the time I needed and did not seem rushed. He was focused on my goals and was extremely proactive! His efforts are much appreciated!

Dr. Pillion seems up be new to the gastrointestinal department so I thought I’d leave a review. I consulted with her on a blood test and I really appreciated her kindness, empathy and bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

Dr. Jensen was very thorough and explained each procedure he performed today. I appreciated his support staff and left my appointment feeling great.

Really helpful staff, timely and efficient, with amazing doctors. I had to schedule to see another doctor while mine was out, and the experience was equally good. Highly recommend.

Dr. Miriovsky is an amazing Oncologist. He is so caring and so understandable. He takes all the time you need at every appointment.
