Summit Health Urgent Care – Redmond

Facility is nice, but reason for two stars is that I went in for vaccine appointments and the waiting room is the same as the urgent care where everyone’s coughing. What’s the point of that? !

We were lucky to get right in, they treated my son & I great! The front desk, the nurse & the PA were wonderful! Thank you for treating us great & your service today.

My grandson broke his wrist at school. Other urgent care places didn't have a X-ray tech. Someone recommended Summit. Awesome place! From check in to dr and nurse. Great experience, in and out with a temporary cast. Highly recommend!

Wasted an hour just to be told it's an hour an half long wait, after the hour had passed already. Staff can be heard cracking jokes behind the scenes.

For being an Urgent Care Facility, why did we have to wait almost two hours, along with everyone else in the waiting room, just to be seen. People, including us kept going up asking how much longer! Then you get a memo about the next appointment to be there early because the doctors time is very valuable, guess our time isn't in their eyes.kept hearing only one doctor on duty, and Mondays are extremely busy.think they would be prepared for that.never again.there are other places to go for urgent care.that treat you like it is urgent!

Dylan our nurse was amazing however the PA Collette Renner had absolutely no bed side manner. After my husband gave the nurse all the symptoms she came in and forcefully asked him why he was here, then talked rudely to him for 5 minutes before leaving. I normally don't do reviews but the instant she started talking to him like that I wanted to jump down her throat.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Truly everything that is wrong with our healthcare system. My son was pretty sure he had strep throat so I brought him in for a test. Waited over an hour. Was with a doctor for a total of maybe 8-10 minutes. They administered a strep and Covid test, both of which were negative, and sent us on our way. Covid tests are typically free so I was surprised to see that they charged us $200 for that. The grand total cost of this visit was $852. They literally did nothing whatsoever to help my son and charged me almost $1,000? ! Insane.

This place is everything that is wrong with healthcare. I took my son here for stitches, and after 20 minutes of checking in; they refused to stitch him. The “provider” looked at him for 10 seconds, and we left. $348 dollar charge. I could have had my son stitched up myself if I would’ve started before wasting time taking him to these fakers. LOOSERS.

Low rating because out-front receptionist extremely rude. Doesnt acknowledge next person in line. Gives no direction as to when to step up to desk. Doesnt ask what info she wants but finally stares at you
Acts as though its a major inconvenience to check you in. I watched her for the two hours I was waiting and didnt see any variance the entire time.

This was my second visit to this urgent care. They are rude and have no regard for the patient. The last time I went I ended up in the ER because they didn’t listen to what I was telling them. This time I paid $50 for them to turn me away. Extremely dissatisfied and will not recommend them to anyone.

I went into urgent care for crippling back and abdominal pain, and was seen by one of their PAC's. He glanced at my back for about 15 seconds and told me I was fine and just needed muscle relaxers and physical therapy. There was no physical exam, no tests of any kind, and no imaging of any kind performed. Every time I tried to tell him how I was feeling he started talking louder over me. A couple days later I was doing even worse and went to a different urgent care and was diagnosed with a pretty severe kidney infection within a few minutes. Please don't trust these people with your health
