I don't get lost easily. Even in Vegas in Casinos, but I get lost here everytime I come!

Absolute disappointment working with this group. Front desk doesn't pay attention nor listen to a word I say. I've had front desk people argue raise their voise and give me attitude when I ask a simple question. They billed the insurance I'm not longer with and told them I'm not covered by that insurance anymore, the message never made it across. Today I got the pleasure of working with a very disgruntled billing lady who immediately gave me an attitude about why I was getting billing. Said I'm on the hook for ANOTHER bill that completely blindsided. No mention of it anywhere in my chart. Very unhappy with how that phone call was handled.

Blink optical, SueAnn Pleasant and her staff are unprofessional, patronizing and provide inadequate care. Ordered new glasses due to problems with ones previously purchased at Blink on Sept. 22,2022. Delayed 4 times; sent wrong glasses. Delayed again. Late Nov, called to say they were returning my monies and to go someplace else for glasses. In the meantime, I had difficulty with vision for daily activities. Will be 3 months from September 22nd until I receive new glasses from another optician after Christmas.

I love going there! The Doctor and nurses are amazing! I always leave feeling so much better! They are very caring and they have spent the last 15+ years getting to know me and my situation! I love getting my blood tests there! They are very efficient!

They released multiple medical records to someone I dont know and without my permission. I will be filing a complaint for a HIPPA Breach with the OCR.
