5It took less than an hour to get me loaded & the guy who loaded me was very friendly. Will definitely look for runs from here again.
Very busy today, but the guys and gals here are always super quick once they get to you!
I regularly spend ridiculous amounts of time waiting for a dock, then waiting in line to the office, THEN waiting in line to be loaded or offloaded.
Person at front counter was NOT WEARING HER MASK and stood very close to me to explain how I wrongly brought my packages inside to ship out, even though I stood at the front counter for 10+ minutes waiting for help while she was sitting at her desk eating. I then overheard her complaining about my mistake of bringing my boxes inside to her co-workers. I also apologized for my mistake. However, she was very abrupt and expected me to know/understand how the process works. The worst is not wearing a mask and standing close to me. Very unprofessional and against Oregon regulations as well.
Kayla and Travis are the best people in the world. They went above and beyond to help me with my truck when it wouldn’t start. I can’t thank them enough. This company hires great people with great morals. I wish there was more people like them. Move these two up the promotion ladder they will help the company grow.
