Didn’t wait long, saw the Dr. ’s PA, she was thorough and answered questions, asked If I needed to meet the doctor. I declined, because I felt well informed by the PA and was offered the opportunity to get in line for a knee replacement. I’m holding out until my knee is worse.

I enjoyed my first visit to Summit Orthopaedics. Everyone was pleasant and the paperwork and next steps were clear! Also, the location is easy to get to!

The staff is supportive and efficient. I ran late to my appointment and they altered their schedule to be able to see me, and clear me for using my left leg. Dr. Menza did surgery for my severely broken femur, and I healed and am walking with a walker after 6 weeks with rehab. Considering the severity of the break, Dr. Menza is a highly skilled surgeon. I was lucky he was on staff to do the surgery after my car accident.

As always, there was almost no waiting time before I was called back to an examination room, less than 2 minutes actually! Once in the room, the assessment process began and my sutures, of which there were more than 20, were removed. My total time at the clinic was 15 minutes! The professionals who worked on me treated me with respect and friendliness. I HIGHLY recommend Summit Orthopaedics to anyone needing the types of service they provide!

I've been coming here for a couple months for a hand injury, the staff is amazing. Everyone is so pleasant and nice.

After a serious communication problem getting rescheduled for knee surgery after Covid cancellations, we finally got back on track. Since then I’ve been very happy with communication and follow up services.and the GetWell Loop has been a wonderful communication tool.

The whole staff was very welcoming and professional. They were quick to answer any questions with confidence and make sure I was comfortable through the whole process.

My care was genuine and thoughtful. Everyone from reception to the PA’s to the specialist making my thumb brace was kind, and took care to be present and thorough.

Very nice, clean, professional office and staff. It is in an easy location to access and park at. They are vigilant in adhering to Covid-19 protocols. Highly recommended.

I called several times and only answering machine. When I finally received a call back the person I talked to gave me a wrong instruction to schedule hand therapy on a different location (Hand Therapy Specialist at Hillsboro). So I called this other place and reserve appointment there. I went to this other place and they said I should have an appointment first on Summit Orthopedic. The other place helped me set an appointment to Summit Orthopedic because I told them it's very hard to call them. I finally was able to get an appointment but it's already 1 week delayed.

Update (Oct8) :
Done with my first visit and it went fine so I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 star.

I was a walk-in patient and only had about a twenty minute wait. I already had my broken hand in a splint but wanted a second opinion since I was told 3 more weeks at the other place 2 weeks prior. They took an Xray and told me to lose the splint and start rehab right away. They had someone in house to start the rehab. This saved me another week in the splint and helped me to gain the use of my hand faster. I would highly recommend them as they know what they're doing!

This was a TERRIFIC, incredibly helpful immediate injury clinic At first we were unsure if it was like an urgent care - immediate care, just walk-in, accepts insurance. So, I walked in to ask and it was everything I needed from having a fall and needing an x ray. The staff were kind, efficient, competent. It was the best “urgent” or immediate care for an ortho injury. I highly recommend this clinc
