Summit Reconstruction & Restoration

Summit has completed mitigation and rebuild projects for our community. We have always found them to be easy to work with from the office personnel to the team that they have on-site working with us daily through the projects. They communicate thoroughly, professionally, and complete the projects timely, as promised.

We couldn't be happier with the job that Summit did. We had a very serious leak from the supply line in the bathroom downstairs which completely flooded the first floor and the crawl space. It was a new build when we purchased the home, and now it's back to exactly the condition it was in when we first moved in. Some things Summit did even better than the builder! What was most surprising for us was the speed at which everything got done. We've had many experiences with other contractors taking their time and going past deadlines. Everything was completed even sooner than expected. I can't recommend Summit highly enough!

I am an Artist, and kind of “ picky “ about details. So, I do pay a lot of attention to any construction project done here in my Condo.
There was a particularly complex project that needed to be done by a Company with experience and pride in the work done.
And that is exactly what I got.
This Company doesn’t skip anything.there is no detail small enough that doesn’t receive the most expertise attention and care.
Can’t say enough compliments about everything this Company does.
Professionals, all the way, friendly, meticulous and neat, and on time.
Oh, and they even greeted my little dog every morning.
Will use them again, and recommend very highly.

I have been working closely with Summit over the last year concerning multiple large volume water loss situations, and have never been anything short of impressed with their team and the work that they do (special shout out to Stitzel and Johnny for always holding it down!) And as someone who used to work for one of their competitors, I can honestly say that if it were my home, I would prefer Summit do the work than my previous employer. I can also attest to their professionalism and willingness to help accommodate their clients as well as they are able, while still ensuring that the job is done both legally and correctly.
I look forward to working with them exclusively for years to come. (Although "look forward to" might not be quite the right sentiment, considering whatever given disaster it is that tends to require their services.)

I am a Property Manager of a building located in Downtown Vancouver Washington with 160 units. I have worked with Summit for multiple emergency situations and I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service and communication. Summit goes above and beyond to make sure that every little detail is taken care of and handled correctly. I have had multiple people come out to make sure everything is going as planned. I have not once had to reach out for an update, they keep all staff informed of what is going on right now and what will be happening next. They handle the job flawlessly from start to finish. I just wanted to let you know how beautiful my project turned out. Your team, Carlin, Mica and Johnny were the best. In spite of some hiccups, tile delayed and some crazy things in my condo, they persevered and came through! They were all professional, friendly and communicative as is always the case with Summit personnel. Amazing how every day they would always clean up, especially Johnny, I swear my house was always left cleaner than when he arrived David Kelley did a great job on the recommendation of the tile, fixtures and fireplace. David, I will have to send you a pic! And thank you David H.for empowering your team to be agile!

All I can say is Summit is an amazing company.
Summit is always there for me. No matter the time and no matter the situation, they ensure that not only is the job done in a timely manner, but they also ensure that they do it with the best quality and with customer mind.

Summit on numerous occasions has been there. Summit can be there for any type of loss that you may encounter or any problem you run into. They bring experience and compassion to the table and wouldnt rely on anyone else in an emergency.

I’m a service supervisor for Greystar and we have a national contract with Belfor Restoration and let me just say, I will strictly use Summit reconstruction for all my restoration/reconstruction needs at all my properties! First Summit parked (without a sticker) on the white lines between two handicap spots, illegally blocking access to both (and the only) spots for my building.

Next time they were here, they decided they wanted to "reserve" parking spots that were already taken, so they erected a fence around my car. I was on my way to a doctors appointment, for pneumonia, and had to drag a very heavy 10-foot fence across several parking spots to get my car out. There wasn't even a note on my car or any advance notice that they wanted those spots. I found out Summit was behind it by contacting management. (I took photos of both events.)
