Keep you involved in the work they're are doing; explain everything so you know and understand the possible issues and really work hard for you to get your vehicle back on the road!

Sun Automotive is exactly what you wish all auto repair shops would be. I love the “health report” they send you with the inspection. They are also very honest and clear with work that may need to be done and the time period in which it needs to be done. Everyone there is super friendly. Never thought I would actually not mind having to deal with car repairs.

I can't say enough for the quick response they gave me. I had a work van go down and they called around for me to find a shop that had room. They squeezed me in the next day at the Springfield location. Kristy, was very helpful and everything went very smooth and communication was giving on everything with time frames.
