The technician came out on a weekend and fixed my unit quickly and made sure to have someone follow up with me Monday morning. He explained what he was doing and did what he said when he left. I appreciate that very much.

Noah was fantastic, friendly and figured out what was wrong, Sunset had the parts in just two days and Noah came back out and fixed our heat pump mini-split - he was a pleasure to work with!

Eric Eccles, our technician, was fantastic in explaining the issues with our old furnace and what our options were and expertly helped us with the purchase process of a new one. I have been a Sunset Heating and Cooling customer for 14 years and this is the second furnace purchased from them. Their care and customer service is hard to beat.

Steve was thorough at evaluating my job (re-routing furnace exhaust to side of house) and thinking through the details. They were also willing to get it permitted (surprising that so many didn't want to) and did so successfully.

Filipe and Julian were an efficient and effective team. They did the job as Steve had outlined for them.

Austin also did a great job when he later came out to perform routine maintenance (and then replaced the inducer motor).

We purchased a home in June that had few to zero upgrades or replacements since built. We contacted Sunset to get an evaluation of our current HVAC system with interest in adding air conditioning. Austin came to do our evaluation and was very thorough. He investigated all aspects of our system and even took pictures to show us what he found! Austin was friendly and professional. We requested a host of options in our estimate from repair all the way up to a brand new furnace/air conditioning system. Austin talked to us about financing options and even informed us of possible rebates that may be offered by our our city or state. Austin made us feel he truly had our best interests in mind and geared his estimates accordingly.

We will definitely be needing to address our HVAC issues soon and, thanks to Austin, Sunset Heating and Cooling will be our first stop.
