Absolutely awful experience working with this dealership. Took my 2020 Macan in as one of the headlights went out and needed an oil change. Told me I would get my car back in 2 days and ultimately took 2 weeks. Constant changing of story multiple times, and tried to not give me my car back for the 3rd weekend in a row.and then when I say this is getting ridiculous, miraculously the part shows up and car is fixed. I would strongly discourage from purchasing a car from this dealership as it is full of incompetent and dishonest people.

Best service Ever. Audi Portland, Oregon. Shelby is honest, very bright, and went above and beyond for me!

Niki is the best and always so helpful and great to work with. She’s always a pleasure to have as my service person!

Overall awful experience. I ordered a $200 underbody for my Porsche Panamera. After checking out I saw the email confirmation and to my surprise had been charged $260 for shipping. This does not make any sense as it is a 19 lb part and was shipped through FedEx freight and was a domestic delivery. FedEx has guided on shipping costs and based on the information they provide, they did not pay more than $20 to ship the part. It is hard to imagine that this is anything but a complete scam on the side of Sunset Porsche. I contacted customer service twice, through email I did not get a response and through phone call, where they were equally as unhelpful. My order at this time also has not been delivered more than 2 weeks since ordering. Would give 0 stars and would highly recommend going with any other service if you are looking to order parts. Additionally, upon doing some research into how they could have such glowing reviews on their website despite my own experience, I came to learn that they use a third party service to filter bad reviews and import good ones. Overall sketchy and deceitful company. Avoid at all costs.

Be careful when buying from these people. I ordered a part for my 993 and it came and wouldnt fit. When i tried to return it, i was charged a restock fee. Fortunately it was a low dollar item (yes, they do exist on 993's but rare, lol), otherwise it could have been an expensive lesson on how some online people do business.

Do not recommend for any post warranty work. Always try to up sell you on unneeded work and the quality of the work is not near as good as local shops such as Stuttgart and Matrix. Good honest mechanics are hard to find and definitely not here.

I've been buying my Porsche's and Audi's from Sunset Imports for well over a decade and there is no place I'd think of going other than Sunset Imports. Corey in Audi Service is arguably the best service manager I've ever worked with. Nick in Porsche sales is outstanding. No pressure sales tactics, just somone that loves what they do and it shows. Go to Sunset Imports and see for yourself, I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

Bought my car here and am having the tow package installed here even though I live in Seattle. The staff are awesome, super professional and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Working with Morgan and Elias in Sales was an amazing process. Considering that we struck a deal working remotely and every single word was backed up in writing and honored, was really unbelievable. I would highly recommend Audi Beaverton if you are in the market for an Audi.

Easy to find a very nice employees that were able to provide fast, detailed and friendly service. Our car was well cared for and we had it back in just 2 days.
