Supercuts, Redmond OR

Every time I have been in to this salon, the staff acted angry that I dare walk in. Most the time they just tell you they aren't taking anymore customers. I showed up before they opened once, two people were already ahead of me, after they were checked in, I was told I wouldn't be seen until 1 PM. Good luck actually getting a haircut here.

I walked in this morning with my two boys. There was one employee working, and there was no one else in the salon. I was told walk ins are no longer welcome, and there was no availability to get a haircut.

Awful place to get a women’s haircut. The older lady with red hair was so rude and she cut my bangs really short.

They need to change the signage, by appointment only. No walk-ins allowed. Stopped in for a haircut today. The place was Dead Empty. Woman in the back was having way too much fun on her cell phone and promptly stated I needed an appointment. Will not be returning here anytime in the future.

Walked in.no one in store but staff, asked if I could get a hair cut was told I'd have to make an appointment and come back. Seems like the staff doesn't like to make money. Never going back

Went in to get a haircut around 10: 30am today. Lady said that they have 20 people ahead of me. I looked around and they were empty. I am the only one here I said. She said that if I want a haircut to come back around 5pm. Not sure what is going on here, but not ever coming back to this place. No customer service

Downloaded the application to schedule an appointment and their calendar does not work. Drove to stop in to wait for an appointment and apparently this is the only Supercuts you can not wait for a cut. Waste of time and they clearly don’t give a rip about customer service. Good bye forever

They did a great job on my son's hair. I was really happy. It was my son's first haircut

SuperCuts at 300 on a Friday afternoon surprisingly had opens when I called for an opening. I will be honest I was nervous about having my hair cut n layered here as it's really long n I would hate to have it whacked off! I had the opposite problem. When she was done I had to have her take more off. In the end i still had super long layers, I wasn't able to get her to understand the desired look I was after and yes it'd completely do-able. I have hair down past the middle of my past so it was pulling my curls out after it dried even with product in my hair. Itcws just too heavy. I was wanting shorter layers to give it more bounce more body but I couldn't get her to cut it in shorter layers she wasn't able to understand. Otherwise it's great! It's even as far as I can tell n she took a 1/2 inch off the length i was happy with that! It's very clean and quiet so very relaxing. In my opinion it's a nice place to get your boyfriend's hair cut or even your tween son/grandson or other young male. If you are wanting a style ie; layers pivk a salon. Redmond has many.
