Everything has a "fee" connected to it. Mailing fee, convenience fee, late fee, collections fee. They mail you a packet of mail in stubs to pay your hoa for your convenience but up charge you for a banking fee. Oh and dont even try to call for help, specifically Reynauld Tage; who ive had the pleasure to deal with. Who in his words say the fees are because they have to "go above and beyond" their normal work duties. Must be nice, Ive spoken to multiple neighbors waiting on service/maintenance. Alot of good people have moved out because of bad hoas like this.

I can't park car on my driveway for couple months and don't drive? Really. What's next: check my garage and home if it's clean? Worst thing that anyone can do is to by the house with the hoa.

I recently worked on a project with property manager, Jennifer Blythe and she was great to work with! She was involved throughout the process of entire project which made the project go smoothly.

Wish I could give 0 stars but the rating system is broken just like the office staff. I need to get a job there so I can show up late, not return phone calls, and get a early lunch like Jennifer in the 185th community.

Pick Superior Community Management to handle your HOA if you want a company that does seemingly nothing that an HOA management company would be paid to do! The representatives ignore emails about any concerns you might have, but suddenly when your HOA payment is late (due to USPS delays during a global pandemic), they have all the time in the world to email you about it? You'd think the worst part about working with this company would be that their payment options are the most confusing, convoluted, low-tech solutions humanly possible. Actually, though, my favorite thing about having the misfortune of being a homeowner under this management company for over half a decade was their "billing specialist", Kevin, sending me and my co-owner absolutely out-of-pocket, insane threatening emails over two late fees (these occurred simultaneously; we paid them one amount with one check and they would divide it into separate assessment accounts, meaning if your ONE check was late, they would charge you TWO late fees). I would definitely recommend working with SCM if you want to feel like a criminal rather than a homeowner!

Jennifer Blythe has been our community's property manager for the last couple of years and has done a great job during a very difficult time. She is responsive to our needs and is able to promptly line up contractors to make needed repairs. She was even able to get a situation fixed for us on Christmas Eve with very little advance notice. You can trust her and her company for your property management needs.

I’m the president of an HOA. Superior has been our management company for 15 years. I’ve been on the board for 5 years and president for the past 3 years. We've had 3 different community managers in that time of varying skills ranging from excellent to passable. Their internal accounting and administration services are generally reliable.

They are awful to work with, unreasonable and their website isn't user friendly. And they charge you $10 extra if you mail a check in for your HOA fees. Really? I would not recommend this management company. We are trying to find a replacement.
