Just took my son here for a birthday party. He had a certificate that allowed for 8 people to do bowling and laser tag. Some of his friends couldn't show up and the manager was super great and allowed my son to get two games of laser tag and two games of bowling. He was super nice and made us feel very welcome. This really made my son's birthday. Thanks so much for being accommodating and helping us out. Would definitely come back they are very service-oriented

Not worth the money. The website says that Tuesday is the $20/hr and it comes with a $20 game card. But the website doesn't tell you that you have to reserve online to get that price. We got tatertors for a snack and they were gross, very bland. If you are low on cash and trying to find something to do, just wait until you have more money and go to kingpins.

For a family of 6 people to bowl was $67.50 then you had arcade money and on top of everything they said they were going to give us extra 30 minutes of playtime because it took them 20 minutes to get the lain ready for us just to have them turn around and never give us the extra time so $140 later and we're walking out the door without an extra 30 minutes of playtime other than that the kids had fun. Food was burnt too.

This place is fun but it's a bit out dated and feels a bit crusty. The laser tag is fun but they're really short games. The course isn't very big either but the pricing isnt bad.

First off we booked a party for 12 people. I will start with the people we booked it with were super nice and I feel a little bad for the owner. Our server was seen maybe 4 times total. After our first hour of bowling was over we saw her about 20 minutes later, the pizza was good but with air bubbles in the cheese pizza. The first game of laser tag, we had one vest that didn’t work. When that was over we went back and I did the cake and presents with no server still, then when we were done it was time for our second laser tag and still hadn’t heard anything. 10 minutes later I had to go ask someone else what was going on. During the second game of laser tag my vest didn’t work. I was livid but keeping my cool, then was offered to be compensated a free “soda”. After that was the arcade, 10 minutes into that finally the server comes up to us and ask if we’re done so she can have the table. Also another hour just to get prizes which was even more of a cluster, they lost the card that still had actual money on it then told my son/ birthday boy he could pick something off the wall but it needed to be under 500 points. All and all I don’t think we will ever go back it was just too disappointing.

Fun spot for work events. They cater and set up an area for you. Includes bowling and laser tag. Great spot for all ages events.

Had partyfor Christmas. They had 2 months to get ready. Employees all got there and they were not prepared. [ the staff had nothing ready. Had a bartender who had no clue. Food was not good. Pizza was a sliver thin. Other food was barely warm. No need for photos. Games if you play didn't pay tickets they're empty. Not going there again.

We went on a Wednesday and the games were on happy hour and we left with quite a prize haul and for 3 of us to bowl was only 10.50. I think drinks and tater tots were more than our actually bowling price. The staff are amazing.

Staff were not trained very well. The bowling lanes were pretty simple and not all that exciting. One of the lanes encountered an issue and there was no button to press for assistance so we had to hunt down someone to fix it.

I think they are going under. Super short staffed. Their card reader system for the video games wasn't even working. Everything was dirty. I will not be back.

Wanted to take my son bowling here I checked their website about the cosmic bowling prices and hours however they don’t have the information online so I had to call them some young guy answer the phone put me on hold after 4 minutes I hang up I called back put me on hold again this time I hang up going to take my business to king pins on cedar hill no time to wait around for one simple answer.

I really want to like this place more, but I always seem to have issues with the lane, video games eat money, or the like. It isn't awful, but there are better bowling alleys near enough that I would choose them instead.

Lots to do here, from traditional bowling to virtual reality games. Laser tag room is spacious and our favorite family activity!

Pretty nice location. I really enjoyed the VR stuff there, and will probably come back to bowl and/or play with the Lazer tag.

Superplay is a great place to take the kids to bowling and hangout! The bar area is really nice, the staff is great! Thank you for making my time there so pleasant! I can't wait to come back!

Thursday nights after 8pm they have $1 bowling, shoe rental and laser tag. Took my grandkids and had a great time for just a few dollars.

Decent food, a bit overpriced.place is fun, such as the laser tag, but it’s five bucks per game (which is short).

This is a very great place to have fun nice managment, the bathrooms are very clean to compare with other places.
