Sushi Station Japanese Restaurant, Eugene OR

Seated without mention of how long the wait for food would be. I felt like it would be at least a 30 minute wait but after an hour of waiting and no check in from waitresses we were told it would be another 20 minutes.left with only a salad and only offered a bowl beans for the wait. Felt like a 3rd class citizen dining here won’t be coming back!

I had the edamame and a 5th street special which was kind of like a rainbow roll with avocado and maybe salmon on top & a hot sake. Service was speedy and waitstaff were all polite. I saw some tempura go out and looked good so will probably get that next time. Also there is nice sushi bar ambience with lowered wood ceilings and lots of round doll heads which I assume these mean something in Japanese culture. Everything was good and I really can't recommend Sushi Street Station highly enough if you ever find yourself hungry for Sushi or Tempura or a Bento Box in Downtown Eugene.

So good! The food was delicious. The presentation was beautiful-our 30- piece sashimi plate came served on this beautiful polished live-edged wood round-very nice Oregon touch-and the atmosphere was so cute and nice. The service was great, too. My kids branched out and tried some food they hadn't before, so that was great, too.

Amazing staff, food and freshness. We love the roasted salmon collar and spicy scallops! Our family favorite

Great sushi place in downtown Eugene, conveniently located next to a free 3hr parking lot. Tons of great options for rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and even bento boxes. Kids plate were generous servings loaded with finger food friendly options. They can accommodate large parties nicely and the food is delicious. The servers were friendly, helpful, and met our large number of demands graciously (7 adults and 2 toddlers). Like most places now-a-days, a bit low on staff, however it was a wednesday. Can't wait til Covid is over and the sushi boats come back!

Was really good. The flaming lion It had a great presentation. But we all did not like the taste but so worth trying. Everybody have there own taste of food. We had 8 different rolls between 1 kid and 3 adults the food was amazing. One that I would recommend is the crazy monkey that was amazing.when I go back I will get it again.

Unique rolls to the restaurant which we found to be really good. Even though the service was iffy the night we went, I would return to try them again.

There are several Japanese restaurants in Eugene, but this is the best one I have been to so far. The food is wonderful and authentic. The portions seemed large. The green tea was not from a tea bag. It was wonderful. I will come back again and again.

What a gem! The food here is super delicious. While visiting Eugene, we were looking for sushi. This place didn’t show up on the map on my phone. We ran across it when another sushi place had a long wait. We are so glad we ended up at Sushi Station. We’ve had dinner there three times and have been consistently pleased. The vegetarian items are rich with flavor. The dressing on the cucumber salad is tangy and delightful. The bit of crunch in the Veggie delight roll is fun and tasty. The soy paper veggie roll is to die for. I was skeptical of soy paper, but this item did not disappoint. The highway roll, sake lover roll, and sake nigiri taste fresh and are rich with flavor. Presentation is pleasing and staff are friendly and attentive. I wish we could take this lovely little spot home with us.

Food was good. It would have been great if we didn't get our meals at completely different times. I ordered a hot meal, and my guy ordered sushi. He ended up eating some of mine because it took 30 min after my meal was served to get his food. Timing was definitely off.

We always enjoy the food here we drive 40 plus miles to eat here! I love that they have Salmonskin Rolls, I have had a hard time finding them! Highly recommend both service and food always exceed expectations!

One of the waiters intentionally gives customers pepsi with sugar rather than diet pepsi without sugar.something to be aware of if u have diabetes.

Best sushi I’ve ever had! I got the Monster and I loved the spicy Mayo and teriyaki. Service was great, and the building was really cool. I will DEFINITELY go there again!

I just really love their food. I'm vegan & everything I eat here is wonderful. No stomach upset later. It's difficult to eat out as a vegan and this place has become a staple for me. Prices as very reasonable too. My husband is a meat/fish eater and this place always leaves us both with smiles.

Had some of the best sushi here in a long, long time. Rachel was absolutely awesome, even with how busy it was. 110% making this a regular place.

DANG! I don’t like sushi at all, but they’ve convinced me. The chefs are very nice and clearly take pride in their work.

Really happy to be eating inside here again. The sushi was on point and everything came out pretty quickly. They filled up pretty quickly after opening, I would suggest a reservation just to be safe.
