Suzanne again came through with flying colors! Six years ago, we worked with her long distance from New Mexico to buy our current home. Although we communicated a lot by email, we never met until our first visit to Portland, and then she helped us buy a house that weekend. She found us a great house and negotiated a great price. Then, in late February this year, we contacted her to help sell our house. Three weeks after our initial meeting we were on the market, 4 days later we had a contract, and 4 weeks later we closed.
