I just moved to Ore City about a month ago and bought my home here. I was looking for a place that could shorten 8 custom made panels of drapes for me in a timely matter. And Swan Cleaners performed the job very professionally, and cost effective courteous manner. I will continue to use them and recommend their services to anyone needing help. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. A man who doesn’t speak English well pinned my military uniform for alternations for me and messed it up so bad. Originally the pinning he did worked. I looked at it and said ok. I came to pick it up and now it is way too small I can close the buttons acros the front at all! I know most people will think I gained weight but I actually have been losing weight since eati my right and the gym time. I asked them to fix it or a refund and the man just kept saying “I don’t know” and so I asked for my money back and he said no. Military dress shirts are very expensive ($70), add the rank ($20) sewn on and the alterations ($72). He wasn’t willing to offer another option or a compromise to help with the loss of money. If you are looking to get things altered I do not suggest coming here probably the worse service I have ever had and I don’t normally make reviews but this one was so bad

Swan was wonderful to work with. They were able to remove stains that were 30+ years old from my mom's handmade wedding dress! The service was professional and very kind. I will definitely use Swan for any dry cleaning needs in the future. The pricing was reasonable too. Thank you so much Swan!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some mending done and a some times tailored. I was very pleased with the results and the price seemed fair. I will definitely come back.

I must say I am extremely impressed with the work that they do. I had gotten a fairly sizable rip in the armpit of my favorite leather jacket, right where it also met another type of cloth so I thought it was unfixable. I took it in hoping that maybe they could sew it and they certainly could. The jacket came back amazing! The stitch looked brand new and the jacket as a whole felt the same as when I got it off the rack. If you are looking for a place to sew something up this is your place, they do fantastic work.
