Sweet Betty's Bistro, Gresham OR

Service wasnt bad. The food was bad, really bad. Cold potatoes and to reheat them they were microwaved for us. Sunnyside eggs with a lot of egg whites.
I can't say anything was really good.

Service was horrible we stood at the front door for 15 minutes as waite staff talked amongst them selves casually and occasionally looking in our direction. Our food came back cold, we got the check right after the food then they never came back so I could pay. I ended up leaving the cash I had left in my wallet and leaving. Why can't gresham have a single decent brunch place!?

Definitely a hidden gem, super surprised I've never been here before. The environment is definitely a 5! My breakfast was really tasty, but I could have went without the sauce on the eggs Benedict. Also they serve you legit bottles of mimosas? Our server was super sweet, the service is really nice as well. One of the servers had recommendations for days which is always nice!

Exceptional food. Very friendly staff. We drive miles just to eat there. Fresh salads, they don't skimp on portions and lots of food options. And it is not expensive but the food is so good it probably could charge more.

We waited 10min to order, 30min til we got our food, the food was cold, the house fries were undercooked potatoes, and they got my order wrong on top of it all.

What a gem! The wait staff was friendly and efficient, food was excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxed, open, friendly, and inclusive. The decor helps create the amazing atmosphere.

Used to be favorite place in Gresham, now they can't get a simple order correct to save their lives. 3 times now same thing, order a chicken caeser, asked for dressing on the side, they put it on anyways and I get a soggy disgusting salad, then I have to go through the embarrassment and annoyance of getting a refund for it and eating someplace else. First time ok, maybe some miscommunication? Second time it was an argument with them about how they 'premake' the Caeser and you can't get it without dressing, which we all know is not true. My fault for there being a third time here, definitely will not be a fourth time.

New to the gresham area and my girl said this place is legit. I took her word for it, got the chicken fried steak with a pancake and a pale ale.awesome! When there's a wait ya know its good!

This is an awesome establishment with great quality. I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and staff.
They survived the pandemic. There are/were quite a few places that can't say the same.

Owner shows hate towards groups of people based of generalized political assumptions. These assumptions also seem to be very tribal and often without real basis in fact. Leaves a bad taste in our mouths and we will no longer be supporting Sweet Betty's because of this. The owner's responses to negative comments really highlight her character and distasteful behavior if you take a minute to read some of these.unfortunate.

Walking into the restaurant seeing black lives later and other political things was disappointing. The food could have been better had it been more than luke warm when serve. Not my idea of a go to place to eat. Elders has never disappointed us.

The owner of sweet Betty’s is disrespectful and unprofessional to her customers and her employees! This is not someone I’d like to support. These screenshots are JUST a FEW examples out of many, many!

Faith can NOT take any accountability for her words and the actions she been taking towards customers and employees. The only defense Faith comes up with is finding “dirt” on people’s personal Facebook page and try’s to use posts against them or even threaten their family members. When she should just be taking accountability and changing her actions. I guess that’s harder to do than to just do the right thing. Sad. Please continue to dig yourself a deeper hole to show us your true colors Faith. These are the reasons why you have not been able to hold a successful business. ‍️

Check the negative review responses from the owner (I assume) on here for a laugh. The food wasn't the best, but what really convinced me to never come back is the rude responses to every negative review. Whoever is responding both behaves and must have the education and grammar of a child. As a business owner myself, customer service doesn't only apply to inside the restaurant. I was visiting my kids and they wanted to get breakfast here. Generally the prices were pretty high, especially for the portion sizes, but I gave it a shot. One of our party ordered avocado toast which was around $17. REDICULOUS. Food was too greasy and bacon and potatoes were undercooked.

One of my favorite breakfast places in Gresham, amazing food, awesome service. Had a delay with our food due to a kitchen error with the order tickets and they went out of their way to make up for it. A+

Just read these screenshots and make your own decision. I'll never spend my money at a place that bashes people beliefs because they don't like a review. If you want to call someone out, look in the mirror and make sure you're perfect first. Shameful.
Update: since the owner replied saying something about some old employee, let me be clear, this has nothing to do with a past employee I have no knowledge of any past employees that have worked there. I made my review soley on the quality of this business and the disturbing actions of the owner, Faith Camp. However, her comment does show how she is unable to accept ANY sort of criticism.

We love sweet Betty's. Great service. Good food. Outside options. Loved our breakfast.

Been going to Sweet Betty’s for some time, since they’ve moved to the new location the quality of their food has gone down. Sadly this will be the last time I go, this time the food was barely warm, too greasy and the coffee was very watery! Their home made French Fries were so soggy, greasy and ridiculously cut that half were burnt and the bigger pieces were pretty much raw potato. It was actually pretty comical when I got them.
