Great food and a great crew working. Their breakfast burrito with spring mix added in is absolutely heavenly and perfect for 2 people to split!

This is a fun, must recommend kind of place. The food was very good and the portions were quite big. It was able to accommodate our party of 8. Not one person walked away unsatisfied. Perfect place to have brunch with family on my last day in town!

For my mom's birthday I offered to take her to lunch anywhere she wanted to go. She chose Sweet Tea Express. I had never been, but she had a few times. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasently surprised. It felt like the old diners we used to go to when I was a kid. Friendly staff and EXCELLENT food. I had the BBQ bacon burger and it instantly became the best burger I ever had. I know where we are going for my birthday. It's a little expensive, but the portions are generous and the quality is worth the price.

The young lady working the counter provided service with an attitude. Setting the food and condiments down so hard they bounced. Also, wasn't polite helping to point out where the water was. Suggest not tipping in advance.

Small building with limited seating. Some outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Really good food.

Great food. BBQ is a specialty and WOW is it good. Burgers are big enough to share. Staff is friendly and work very hard.

Have you ever had REAL BBQ? Not even the best in WEST Medford, tbh. Go 3 blocks down to BBQ house for the real deal! This place smells like a Denny's.and cooks like it, too.

W. Main is a cute little building with some nice outdoor seating. Our food is always great!

My favorite restaurant in the Rogue Valley. The sweet tea burger is so amazing especially with the crispy onion straws. Cute little place. Always good service and the best food. Highly recommend!

I didn't eat there because I was picking up a doordash but it smelled amazing in there and the staff was very friendly.

To clarify, this review is for the CENTRAL POINT restaurant, Not Medford. The food is usually pretty good and consistent. The reason for the poor review is because of the service and the managers response. We placed a take out order for one sandwich, fries, and a small macaroni salad at 12: 45 on Sunday. We received the food at 1: 22pm. The manager said that they had a large group come in and were busy. My husband has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. Most restaurants will try to get as many of the smaller orders out as quickly as possible to allow them to concentrate on the larger order without creating a backlog. This particular manager apparently decided to concentrate on the large order and randomly put out a few small orders. Unfortunately, our order was shuffled to the bottom of the pile. Sadly, because of the poor way this was handled, we will not be returning. The quality of the product doesn't outweigh the poor service.

One of there employees come straight in to work starts at the register then she goes to make my drink then she went to mixing what looked like bleach for there cleaning solution then to take food to the tables and not once did she wash her hands from the time she walked in the door to when I left I just hope the cooks washed their hands before they started cooking. I got the ham breakfast sandwich and all I tasted is burnt ham which over powers any other flavors and their flavored lemonade has no flavor to it just a huge waste of money
