2The swell city team is fantastic. We started a project in our house and when our floors came in and they were a different finish than the floors we had ordered (manufacturer mistake). Swell City promptly picked them up, tracked down the correct flooring for us (which was no easy task as they were no longer making it in the finish we liked) and were communicable and helpful throughout the entire process. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled! Thanks swell city!
Rude customer service. Came in just to ask if they could exchange some cash for quarters. I just needed 2 for the car wash next door. The lady was just standing there talking to some guy. She could have easily just been like, no problem here’s the exchange but no she went in the back room with some guy and gave me a nasty look and laughed.
Just shows the hospitality of the employee they have working there. Good luck buying stressful purchases with employees like that.
