DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you like your freight lost, damaged or just to sit in their warehouse with zero desire to service their customers. I’ve had product sitting in their warehouse for over a week with no one in the terminal to answer the phone or give a delivery date. If this is customer service, then they may need to take some new classes. T-Force is garbage! If there was a way to give them zero stars, I would. 5 shipments in the last 30 days, they’ve damaged 3, lost 1 and now this one just sitting there.

I guess it was okay I only had to wait 2 hours for them to dig out the trailer I needed to pick up it is what it is they were nice people anyway

Driver lied about package that weight doesn’t matter
Was waiting for 550 pound pallet received only 120 pound parcel on a different altered and repackaged crate I got everything on video called customer service they keep saying they are investigating nobody calling back I have insurance on load so definitely this needs to be addressed
I think truck wrecked and my parcel got damaged or they dropped it maybe stolen

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not book this company for any freight needs, whether it’s directly through them or through a broker. It’s not just here, but for every terminal they have across the country. Their performance has severely declined and they will not work to improve it. It’s excuse after excuse. They’ll take your phone number and make a case report to sound like they care, but nobody ever follows up. The worst freight company ever. Save your sanity and money, DO NOT USE THEM!

It would be five stars the workplace it's okay to work for but the people running it is not okay to work for I would consider coming back if they get rid of the people running the terminal then I will change my rating to five stars.

Was told my delivery route arrive Thursday between 10 and two. I waited all day called them, and they told me my order did not make the truck
Same thing happened the next day
Horrible customer service, and horrible communication
Still waiting.

A shipping company usually ships things right? Not this one. My Delivery was supposed to come on 3/20 but after many failed delivery attempts, several phone calls with empty promises and excuses (bad weather, broken equipment, shipment was loaded onto the wrong truck, etc.) I had had enough. I was on a deadline and decided it would be faster to go to this shipping center and pick up my delivery myself. When I got there everyone looked like they were on break or just lounging around. The person who did help me said that I could drive around back and they would bring out the pallet with my order. I did so and proceeded to watch this man walk around the dock area for like 15 minutes trying to find a forklift driver. When the driver finally came out he dropped the pallet down and said when I was done I could throw the pallet off to the side. After loading a nearly 400 lb.mini split into my vehicle by myself because my request for help was ignored, I put the pallet off to the side even though that is NOT MY JOB!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could this is not a shipping company this is a joke

Just a trash service. Drivers do not pick up when they say. We have tried for over a week to get a pickup. We have called over 6 times. The good news is that the customer service was quick and responsive. Although, all the kind words and promises don't get the job done. I can't be mad at the agents, they must really take a beating. But the company in general and the drivers clearly don't get paid enough to call customers, deliver on time or even communicate. Just a bad company, still waiting for my truck for 7 days. I cant stand another call with their kind customer service. I will cancel and get with Echo.

Ordered a tire machine from eBay and picked it up here at the terminal. Read all the bad reviews and was preparing for a headache; however it was the opposite. Arrived and checked in at the office, then drove my truck down to the “will call” section. Everything was loaded up quickly. One crate was damaged but the contents were in fine. People were nice… so not sure why so many 1 star review.

Used 3 times. Failed to deliver product timely. 3 times. Last time I pulled teeth to get a will call. Crate had for holes through side and the lift driver ran into my tailgate with the forklift. His supervisor and he laughed about it.

Worst freight company ever.

No accountability to delivery dates. Fail to deliver each time. We have ultimately had to go pick up our packages twice now, from their Portland warehouse due to not delivering.

Jason no last name or employee # given is supposed to be "in charge" of the whole facility according to him. However his lack of customer service, logistic, and explanation skills proves he is not a good fit. I had much better luck with the same load from SAIA last week. T Force and Jason have no accountability or responsibility when it comes to delivery dates.
