I had lost my phone and needed to replace it ASAP. I looked online and tried to go through the process but I wanted someone that could give me real time feedback without the hassle. I tried calling T-mobile and the wait time was to long and after being transferred 2 times so I went to T-Mobile on SE Mcloughlin BLVD to get a new phone. I went in expecting to be long wait since it was the week before Christmas. To my surprise the staff was amazing, very knowledgeable and on point with information. Timothy and Austin went over my needs and helped me get the best option. I walked out a very happy customer. This location will be my go to T-mobile Store for all my future needs. Thanks Timothy and Austin for making me feel like a first class customer. I recommend going to this location!

I should have checked the reviews before I went here, but I had a decent experience in 2017. Fast forward to 2022 and what a cluster kerfuffle.

I wanted to buy a new phone and add a line to my service. I had called the day before to check availability and was encouraged not to buy online with in-store pickup. "Just come down and we can take care of you same price as online".

Went to the store in the morning. They had my phone in stock and could ring it right up. Then they had to call the 2nd level help line because they could not add the line to my existing plan. Got through to help, they figured out how to make it work and all is looking good again. Then they drop the bomb.

"my manager says I can't sell it to you unless you buy the protection package and accessories"

Can I talk to the manager "nope not here. Sorry no phones out the door without package. " It would have been nice to know this before I wasted my time.

So I went home and ordered online. It took about 5 minutes.

T-mobile if you are listening, is this really how you want your franchisees to represent you? I really like you guys, but I sure didn't love the in-store experience.

Very disappointing experience. Was told we would get an $800 trade in promotion but turns out it was $400. Spent hours on the phone with customer service and never got a call back from the store. Ended up having to change our plan to get the “promotion” and paying a higher monthly rate. Go somewhere else!

Lisa and Epiphany were absolutely amazing! Very helpful and friendly. They were very communicative and knowledgeable about T-mobile and what it is truly about. Thank you guys for your help and positive attitudes, it made my day! I will be coming back to this specific t-mobile location.

Metro PCS is my phone supplier & phone service. It's T-Mobiles private owner contract provider. The phones cost half as much and the service can be half as much. SO If you want the best service and price come in here. I've been here over 5 years and have no plan to change. Very helpful friendly if you need help with apps etc

Responsible for 2 collections. Never bought out a contract from another phone carrier and then I cancel service and they wanted an extra month. Some of the most unprofessional people you can possibly deal with.

Take your business elsewhere! These people lied to me said a phone I got my grandson for free wasn’t! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere I know there’s better plans and I won’t have my bill going up every month for no reason! Total rip-off artists is all they are. No honesty with this company whatsoever!
Don’t bother with the email address it’s bogus! It came back! Dishonesty all the way around!

Lisa was amazing, very patient. Had my information transferred to my new phone no problems! Only snag was my foghorn ring tone. She stayed with it and with her colleague they solved the issue. Thanks again. I'm a believer in true customer service and they both went above and beyond!

We went in to find out why my clients phone wasn't working correctly. The woman asked if she could help us. I am a case worker for a gentleman who is disabled. She said she couldn't fix it. I asked if she knew anyone. She said no. So I asked about a new phone. She said she was too busy with someone else and couldn't help us. Maybe later. The person she had been helping had left and drove off. Who else was she helping? I got the impression after listening to my client, she didn't want to waste her time with him. He didn't have a fancy phone, he can't do a lot on them. He just needs a phone. Don't think he was the type of person she wanted to help. We won't be back. Shame on her

I was just in this location with my husband because we were having issues with the service we had through another company. The manager here who just started at this location 3 days prior was AMAZING. He got us a great deal and was so helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when we left. Thanks again!

My phone was damaged and I needed help getting a new one. The staff on that day was awful! Offered no assistance. I had to go home and take care if it from my computer. She should be fired.

I spent an hour and a half at this location just to walk out empty handed. The customer service from the manager was great, but from the other floor employee it was just bad. During my visit I worked with the other floor employee, and I was only asked my name, the PIN number for the account and a few other things regarding my account. We stood there in silence (the speakers were not playing any music for some reason) for about a hour with a few simple questions here and there. Come to find out, what I was requesting to do would take much longer to complete and I would be paying a significant amount of money on the spot. I did not want to do this and wished I was given this information at the beginning of the conversation instead of after an hour and a half of being there.

Loved David and Steve. Helpful, funny, nice, saved us a ton of money every month. These guys were patient with us as they helped us save money. Cannot recommend this store enough. Super friendly to my rambunctious 4 year old. Thank you!

Went to the store today to get help with my new iphone. Was greeted by two fantastic young men, Sean & Ahren. They both helped me get my new iPhone set up. The hooked me up with a case and invisible shield to help with my kids little fingers and covid. Highly recommend coming to this location and asking for these two fantastic gentlemen. Sometime we forget to notice outstanding customer service. So I want to make sure these gentlemen get the recognition they deserve. Well done sirs!
