Every T-Mobile store I've been in they've always been friendly helpful quick straight to the point get you in and out as fast as possible with no wait time I enjoy the service that my phone gets from them and I enjoy their prices
Don’t waist your time at this franchise store, Manager acts like a child.down town corporate run T-Mobile way better service and prices!
Anna the Manager & Isac were both very helpful on getting my A32 phone replaced under warranty. That's why I use T Mobile. Kudos To You Both.
My experience at the 11 th street location was ridiculous. The management present said "oh you got a defective phone" and then told me they couldn't replace it since it had a small nick. Their totally rude demeanor seemed to indicate they were was obtaining some machiavellian pleasure in their position. (I don't know their pronouns)
The phone. So you're saying manager or supervisor with your pink streaks and cold service that I received a dud phone, bad from the start. That's like selling someone a car that has a bad alternator and battery and electrical system and telling them hey, you drove it out of the lot so too bad, beat it.
The phone is less than 4 months old.
I'm searching for other carriers. I felt bad for the other person who was initially helping me. T mobile in general has been a nightmare of mistakes and bad service in store, and yeah I get service is stretched thin. This in store service was the final deal breaker. Bye to over 20 years of hair pulling bad experiences t mobile.
It's OK, nothing to brag about though. I would say this, learn to be accountable for errors rather than indifferent. Especially when you cause someone a huge inconvenience.
They said that I could get 2 free phones for switching over to t mobile, but turns out the phones were not free. They did not offer the free gift, or the $30/mo.internet to me like they did for the customer before me. Other than that, the experience was ok.
Update 10/6/22 - Downgrading to 1 star because they told me at the store I could get 2 new phones AND a rebate to pay off my old phones. T-mobile headquarters called me and said those 2 offers can't be combined. Turns out the folks at the store can't be trusted to know what deals are available.
Always friendly people that do their best to help. That's rare at AT&T. And nobody at Verizon has ever made any effort. Now to go for the T-Mobil internet.
Samantha at the West 11th location is very helpful, friendly, and personable. I originally went in simply to get a new screen protector, but decided to ask if I was eligible for a phone upgrade. Turns out I was, and Samantha made the process of getting a new phone very simple and actually quite enjoyable. She did a great job answering all my questions, and in no way did I ever feel like she was pressuring me into a sale. My interactions with other staff members at this location have also always been helpful and friendly. Thank you again Samantha!
I have been coming to this store for over 4 years. Unfortunately since about 2022 these new employees have had a terible attitude problem! The tall blond lady and the two bigger ladies have a VERY BAD case of I'm better than you syndrome.
About 5 months ago I came into the store to pay my bill after a very long hard days work. I was sore and tired. They had attitude because I wasn't feeling their vibe they spoke under their breath saying sheesh lighten up.and giving very rude body language throughout the entire transaction. I kept my mouth shut and kept my manners through out Hoping this was a one time deal.
Basically every single time I've come in to pay my phone bil since that day the regular staff have had the exact same attitude towards me smirks attitude comments under their breath rude forcful body language. Unacceptable I'm a paying customer I don't come to your store to hang out with you and talk trash or to get treated this way. Pooooooor job. I'd fire them.
The 2 female employees who helped me on Thursday were very helpful in helping me switch. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names but they deserve 10/10!
Hi! A little over a week ago, I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile…. And it was the best decision ever! Paying less and got an iPhone 13 free when I got 2! The ladies in the store were so wonderful also! Very inviting and talkative! Very much appreciated and I hope you guys can get a pay raise, Brittney and Chantel (I hope I remembered the names right!) lol you guys were awesome! Sorry this review is so late lol
The lazy clerk that didn't want to help me and only willing to offer a generic A phone. I called the customer service and received a brand new S21, S22 and tablet. You Could have simply domey your J-O-B and helped me. I WAS theONLY customer in the store.
