The best service I've ever had at a phone company! Manager and employees super helpful and genuine. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a poor experience with Jacque at this location. We initially spoke to her colleague on the phone, and decided to go into the store to switch our service to T Mobile. Jacque informed us the information we received on the phone was not accurate. She gave us different information, after which we told her we needed to discuss it more with each other before committing. In response, she told us if we left the store she would not waive the $80-$100 initiation fee. We clarified that if we even stepped outside the store and returned a minute later, we would need to pay that fee, and she said yes. This felt like a manipulative tactic meant to bully us into signing with T Mobile, which immediately let us know this was not the right company for us. We had a very different experience with both Verizon and AT&T, where the employees we spoke with encouraged us to do our research and make the best decision for our family.

I just wanted to updated my review after one year with T-Mobile. Don’t get it, it’s terrible in hood river and cascade locks. Gresham and all the way to the coast. You can expect less than 3 mbps of download in the regular. #worstserviceever

Went in for a repair for my phone and the staff did not move through the steps properly to see that I was no longer covered through apple care and instead put me on a wild goose chase which ended me a week later back at t-mobile.

T mobile stole from me.took 900 dollars from my acount related to thier phone insurance scam.they admit they recieved my phone but are neglecting to refund my money. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCT FROM YOUR ACOUNT.you have been warned!

The store employees and manager are great! I am not speaking of the cell service itself this company has terrible coverage.

Do not get T-Mobile if you live in Hood River. Areas in Hood River does not give great service and horrible internet.

Due to our past interactions with Jacque and her team we made the decision to switch from Verizon. It was a daunting task given we have 4 phones and 4 ipads that were involved in upgrading and switching for our family. Jayne, Jasper, Jada and Jacque all were very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the complex transition based on our needs and being with Verizon for 19+ years.
We are so pleased we went through with our switch and can't praise this team enough!
