Taco Bell, Portland OR

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the Pacific Northwest. If I got a refund for every time this location has messed up my order I would have never paid a cent

Terrible. Gave them multiple opportunities to prove me wrong but they continue to forget items every single time. They continuously forget items, do not go here!

This Taco Bell never gets there orders right. 3 of my last 4 visits here have resulted in orders that are prepared incorrectly (I only ordered 1 thing!) and now I have to be put at an inconvenience of driving back to get my correct order? Screw that. I wouldn’t waste your money at this joke of a restaurant. This place needs some serious improvements. Will not be coming back.

Besides the rat running around outside the did was hit fast svcs good. The tacos and burritos were super full of meat! Employee at window was great! And he said he'd let management know on the rat they had no clue so cash really fault them and it is Portland.

If you go inside the staff ignores you even if you are there to pick it a order it's really sad and unacceptable

Great taco bell location, unfortunately it is plagued by short staff. Otherwise it's great. Despite the constant staffing issues this location churned out food promptly.

Not enough people working here during the night shift, 40 minutes wait in the drive thru and they let uber/dash/postmates skip the line.
I'll take my business elsewhere.

Pretty decent place, faster thru time than some of the other fast food options in the area and never had an issue with the food itself (though is of the quality overall of what you'd expect from a Taco Bell), though they have this bizarre insistence when I go here that they almost always give me ice with my drink even when I ask for it not to have it.

Overall, not bad but does have some flaws.

Avoid this location. How they mess up food that is streamlined to be made fast is beyond me. It's one thing to make a mistake, I get that we are humans but consistently messing things up is a let down. The most egregious act of giving me two chips worth of cheese for chips and cheese. For shame. Maybe hire some people who have work ethic?

Sarcastic and lazy attitude. That’s okay but, screwing up my order and then folding up the quesadilla and shoving everything else on top of it smashing it so it’s a mess.just quit your job then. I’m not going back here.

Food poisoning Health hazard. Poor customer service. Ordered a beef chalupa supreme and the new chicken sandwich via mobile for late lunch. Added a soft taco supreme via cash when I picked up in person. Threw up a couple hours later. Called immediately, mid throw up session, so they could actually hear me retching. Despote all this, I managed to calmly describe the situation and ask for a refund. The other workers recognized and remembered me. The manager, Elizabeth, refused to give me a refund, despite plenty of evidence that it was their food that made me throw up and told me that it was because I'd already eaten it. So, really, you expected me to pay for food poisoning!? ! Didn't know that was on the menu!

I wouldn't even give one star but I had to they were the worst taco bell I've ever been to. They rushed me mocked me didn't get my order right at all even the sauce. Went a second time a few weeks later got the same thing all wrong and extremely rude people.

Did not receive what I ordered not happy at all and did not know till I got to the hospital and looked

Never been to this location till today, and probably won't be there again. I give it a two star because I was expecting (at the least) a lukewarm taco due to lettuce, tomato being cold but instead both chalupas were cold by the time I got a chance to eat them, and I was in my car with all the windows up.not good unfortunately I only ate one of them and tossed the other.

Drive thru the order was right on the screen he read it back to us correct but still the order was wrong! Never fails Taco Bell always gets it wrong

Taco Bell is my go to fast food. Many easy to eat and filling items on the menu. They have added sauces on the menu that you can ask to be added to any of their items. If you want to just add in sauce, great. 3 sauces mmmmmmm. Ask when ordering for all added sauces.

We were missing an item from our order. When we let them know we got questioned to the point of them asking us if they could see inside the bag! Really? It’s sad to me that there’s no customer service anymore! We love Taco Bell, but will never go to that location again.
