Taco Bell reviews
18This place is often busy but staff is always on top if things and always friendly no matter what time of day.
No cheese on half the quesadilla got for my kids and the chicken chalupa I got was very lacking and chicken completely and My girls grilled cheese burrito had no cheese on the outside how pathetic
Lobby is adequately cleaned.staff is very quick and efficient. The food was crisp and tasty definitely a go to location for a quick bite.
They're pretty good staff is all right but their food is it's not like the other Taco Bell is the meat kind of taste weird
Staff very friendly and eager to please. Order was accurate, hot, and as described! (y'all know what I mean)
Definitely worth visiting and we will be back! Shout out to Christina! You made the visit ENJOYABLE!
Just a plain old Taco Bell. Not real Mexican food but I like it and it's convenient. No ambiance. Stark feeling to the decor inside. I only go inside if the drive through line is really long. Since the pandemic I only get food to go.
For some reason they almost always give me more hot sauce than I request. If I owned the place I'd be concerned.
And after the pandemic started they started putting these really sticky round labels on the bags to seal them. They say something like "Sealed for your safety". To open the bag you have to remove the tag, but that winds up ripping the bag. The adhesive is way too strong. And I doubt there is any real benefit in that seal unless a 3rd party delivery service is involved.
THEY STEAL. Whoever works the late night shifts be careful cause they’re scamming for your money! I went there three days out of the weeks with my friend and we went to pay with card and they said it declined so I pay with cash. We check her phone and her bank statements say otherwise. This happened three times back to back so I know it’s not a coincidence or accident. That’s sneaky and gross to do that to your customers.
I was not given my change, I said keep the pennies but had given him 20 plus the change making it like 11.04 returned change. I had to ask for my change back. I didn't realize keep the pennies meant keep $11 as well. Won't make that mistake. I have had some rude people for no reason just not very great customer service skills at drive through but there is a few who are great here! Just make sure you know your change your getting back and make sure to check your order BEFORE leaving the location or you 1 out 3 times, give or take, be driving back for food that was not given. It is fast food but I have had better experiences at other taco bells that I have never had this happen to me before.
When I am in the mood for quick burrito/taco fix.
This taco bell unlike Springfield/mohawk taco bell has excellent customer service.
Always loved Taco Bell. Just wish they would use more quality ingredients. Alot op people that I have known get digestion issues when they eat Taco Bell. I wish that they had a dollar menu like McDonald's They are usually very prompt in giving you your food. In the end it is really up to you and if you prefer Taco Bell Americanized food opposed to more traditional food from Mexico.
Ask for hot sauce, the window clerk doesn't have any available at this hour (1am) and that seems pretty bizarre. You have uhaul boxes full of that stuff inside
This is one of those T Bells that will either slam dunk your order or won't even bother to put one sauce packet in the bag.
"We gave you as much as we're allowed. "
Sauce packets are no longer allowed you guys.
I had a nacho supreme I think and it was pretty good. Definitely had plenty of toppings to the point that they really should've provided me with a fork to eat them because by the time I was almost done with them I had to use my fingers to scoop it all up and had it all over me! A little soggy and messy but pretty good and not a bad value for the money.
I mean I'll Taco bells or Taco bells but the reason I gave this one five stars they did what they did it was hot fresh and fast five Stars
The food was good and staff was very nice despite dealing with a surprising number of customers angry over new COVID policies.
In my 3 years of being in Eugene I have never had a bad experience at this taco bell. Everyone is always sooooo nice and they’re quick to fix things that are wrong.
I've been there a couple of times and my order was messed up. Check your bag before you leave. The food was alright though.
Good food at great price. Orders are accurate 99% of the time. Employees are friendly and kind asking how you doing when approached to the drive thru.
