Taco Bell, Salem OR

Despite the pandemic restrictions and now supply chain challenges, Taco Bell comes thru for us the customer. Great service, high Taco Bell quality, all at an affordable price. (From a loyal T. B.customer since the 1960's).

I understand they are short handed, I get it in a restaurant GM. Drive thru line was crazy long, it's black Friday and the lobby was closed due to be short handed. The wait wasn't my issue. After getting my food I noticed my son's food was missing. I knocked on the door because I didn't want to get back on the drive thru line again. The girl who opened the door told me that I had to get back in line to get my food. I asked for a refund instead and was told I had to get in line for the refund or the food. Worst customer service. I can't imagine telling a guest that in my restaurant.

I called to complain about my chips/cinnamon twists (I get these regularly, I know what tastes good) and asked “how long has it been since you changed the oil in the deep fryer” A LONG PAUSE LATER “uh……. 2 days, possibly more. But i think 2 days” I could literally taste fried oil ON our food. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I am appalled.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell in Salem. Long waits, 30+ minutes for a couple of burritos all the while you have two employees outside smoking and two inside just sitting in the lobby. Obviously horrible managment. Shameful and Pathetic!

I’ve been wating in line for 2 hours and all the worker are just standing around and not doing their job.after their break they continue to just stand around the store when they could see the long line of cars.

If possible would have given a mi us one star rating. Every time I got near the 2093 Lancaster Taco Bell the entire outside of the building including surrounding area smells of raw sewage and rot from what I can only guess is rotten animals nearby. I would highly suggest the CDC and State Health inspectors check this place out and permanently shut them down.

I love Taco Bell - always good, fast service. Most Taco Bells you can go into now and that's much faster than the drive-thru.

I've been coming here for years now but today I ordered and was missing 3 of my items. And the things that I did receive weren't clearly marked and not made correctly. Very disappointed.

Waited forever in the drive thru, gave up. Here at 11: 30pm, waited 5 minutes in a line of cars without any movement. I worked graveyard at Jack in the Box, we would never had such poor service.

Service was a little slow, we had to keep repeating our order until it seemed like we yelling to them which is frustrating. Food was "luke" warmer, like it had been sitting on the counter for awhile before hander out.

Beware of inaccurate closing times. They couldn't give us our online order and said they close at 9pm and can't take any more orders. Website says they close at 3am.

I would have given them 5 stars but I held on to the 5th due to inconsistency in expediting during slow business hours. If you see a long line then you are good. Don't worry it will go quickly and your food will be right every time, even tall orders with wide varieties of items and/ or combo meals. On point every time.

Another Great visit to taco bell, they rarely disappoint. Loved the food and the staff are always kind and helpful! They took a bit longer on our order but they were super busy, so it's totally understandable. And thank God they are open after 1am or I would be screwed! Lol
