Taco Bell, La Pine OR

I placed and paid for a mobile order that they didn't have for whatever reason. I understand things get lost in cyber space but you could at least apologize and start my order anyway. The manager I spoke to clearly could not care less. All she did was tell me "we don't have control over the mobile app" and ask me if I was sure I was at the right Taco Bell.

Better by far as far as the food of the customer service and the pricing of any other Taco Bell I've ever been to I would suggest and recommend

Very nice people! My daughter wanted Taco Bell, so we went for a quick pickup. Good quick snack while running errands.

Food was fine. Food was just like other Taco Bell’s.

But they had higher prices then the Taco Bell in bend Oregon that I am use to

The crew working the morning shift in the lobby today 1/8/22 went above and beyond. From going out to the lobby to check if they still had Diablo sauce to bringing our food out to us directly, it was amazing. I loved how clean and small the lobby is. And the bathroom was super clean. 10/10 would go here in the morning again.

The restaurant was clean. The employees were friendly, efficient and knowledgeably helpful with their app. Minimal wait for good, hot food.

Most of the time, I recieve good service at this La Pine location! Other times I haven't gotten the correct sauces I've requested but the food was prepared well so all's good & forgiven!

Although they were busy the ordertaker allowed my "son" to take whatever time he needed. (He suffered a stroke, so he's not as quick as he used to be). Also recommended a good meal for our dog.

Don't have correct hours, Don't answer the phone, Don't serve breakfast anymore, List items you can't receive. Every time I've gone the line is so backed up it's in the middle of the road and wait time are absolutely atrocious. Almost worth it to drive the 30 minutes into bend just to remember what it's like to find a competent store.

We had a massive order for 8 people. The food was incredible and all correct. Very friendly staff. Definitely stop by on the way to crater lake

FYI their lobby is closed at this location. Double check your order before you leave as you have to drive back through if there are any issues. We ordered two burrito supreme and five tacos. We asked for extra sauce and napkins. We got 3 sauces and two napkins. One of our dessert was wrong and the burrito supremes were 70% tortilla. I gave 3 stars because the staff was really nice. Fixed all she could and It was super busy. Everyone was working really hard. I've eaten here lots of times with no issues.

This taco bell is always super busy and the line is out the parking lot and onto the street most times. Service is a bit slow. Just regular taco bell food.not much to say there.

I called ahead to pick up my order, they had it all ready, when i picked it up. But they forgot the fire sauce i asked for. They got my order right. Not too big of a thing.

Says closes at midnight. Sat night 10: 00 and they holla closed through the speaker. Not mad but change the closed time on your website.

Great food like always. Everyone was friendly. It would be nice if the store opened before 7am. I believe you may get more breakfast business. Most of the local businesses open at 7am. Opening by 6: 00am would get me in there more. Thanks. I'm editing this now, because Taco Bell in La Pine have changed their hours. Instead of 7: 00 am, it's 9: 00 am. They will probably never see me again. Bad choices will end a business.

Odd hours here, apparently they close at 7PM currently (not indicated online, just notes taped to the door).
Arrived at 6: 45, long line. At 7: 00, one of the employees went out to the entrance to notify people that the restaurant is closed. Since we were already trapped in line, I guess we made the cut.
Currently it is 7: 30, still trapped in line, haven't received our food. The employee outside must have been critical to the process here.
Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else before you get trapped in line here.
