It would have been great to get potatoes in my spicy POTATO soft taco. But, as you can see - apparently they only include the cheese, lettuce, and sauce now. ‍️ Thanks Taco Bell.

What does it take to get my order right? I always order burritos with no onions and they almost always get it wrong! I get sick and tired of having to take my family’s order out of the bag and unfolding the burritos. And tonight we also ordered taco supremes without tomatoes! They had tomatoes in them and NO sour cream! Of course I didn’t check the order until I got home. I should just quit going there!

Taco bell is far superior to other fast food chains and it doesn't even come close. They keep their prices cheap compared to the other big ones even during a time of unprecedented inflation. I won't go to subway or mcdonalds ever again because of how they're jacking their prices, can't even get a six inch sub for 5 dollars anymore! Used to be 5 dollar footlong now not even 5 buck six inch! Taco bell is where it's at.

Normal Taco Bell food but the drive thru staff were super nice and got my order out quickly.

Great staff working there, James is on point. The only franchise location in the area we like to go to because they actually put effort into the food. Only critic I could give is forgotten napkins but that's quite inconsequential. Also left a review on the website.

It's taco bell. Not a bad one. But still taco bell. I only give it 5 stars cuz the employees deserve it. ITS TACO BELL.

Not only is this place not open often in the evening due to employees getting high outside instead of working but they also dont match their online menu at all! I normally use the online menu to order but more often than not it hasn't worked for some reason so today I decided to just go to the drive though and order but they had no idea what a cravings box was even though we got one the other night. The lady had me trying to buy a $22+ instead. Had to leave the drive thru with nothing.

Long wait times. Went on Thursday at 4pm. Only 2 cars in front of me. Waited 14 minutes from placing the order to getting my food.

Staff. Cold rude and unfriendly.

One worker was rude and kept telling to go to another location to pickup my order that was been confirmed for pickup at this location. Bless the manager who found my mobile orders sitting on the prep counter and not on the mobil order shelf. My taco pizza was crushed in the box and made with little to no meat. All I tasted was beans. Usually this my go to location. I guess time to find a new one.

Staff is unresponsive, drive through is "broken" kiosk froze and had to reboot after our whole order was input and had to start our order again. Staff ignores you and is unhelpful

Understaffed, waited 30+ minutes for our order for 2 people. Burrito Supreme was drippy and soggy. Nothing close to what I've had in the past. No front counter person. Had to use the kiosk to order and pay. Had to wait 30+ minutes for drinks too. The drive up line was extremely long, plus there were many people inside waiting. I watched and noticed there were only 2 people making the food. There was no way they could keep up. If I had to work there I probably would have walked! Message to owner/manager hire more people! You're risking losing customers permenately!

Ordered at the kiosk, to go, took over 30 min, the dinner area was dirty, got home and our order was all messed up. How do you mess up a cheesy roll-up. Now can't anybody to answer the phone. I'd only ever return to use their bathroom.

You'd think by now they'd automatically put napkins in your take-out bag but this is the 2nd consecutive time going through drive-thru at this location that they forget.

We came here for dinner and ordered the burrito taco pack and 2 of the Doritos Nachos tacos. We were disappointed because we had 2 coupons for the Doritos tacos and they would only take one. Then once we got the food, it was disappointing because the taco meat didn't taste like it had any spices in it and only tasted like it was ground meat. Also the tacos were only half full of ingredients so we felt like we only got half of the order we had paid for.

The staff was not friendly about not taking the second coupon and in fact was bordering on being rude about it. I didn't feel like I was a valued customer here. It wasn't the one who was taking the order, it was the backup manager on the headset.

We felt as if the tacos were half full because we were being punished for asking them to take their own coupons and them trying to make up for the 1 free taco.

For this reason, we cannot recommend this place. This is our experience, hopefully yours is better.

Not the best experience. Delivery ordering wouldn't work, drove there and drive through also wasn't working! Had to order in store but staff generally unhelpful, uninterested and surly. Food was ok but below usual TB standards. Would not go back and has put us right off TB

After seeing a guy come in and lose his mind about that he needed to use the kiosk to order, I thought it important to say that my experience was great and I appreciate the hard work. Food was great, service was prompt. Would go again.

UNBELIEVABLE. After a very long day of food delivery on one of the hottest days of the year, we had two last orders to pick up at Taco Bell around 9: 30pm.

After waiting in the very long drive-thru line, we were told that we couldn't pick up two orders at the same time. No, they told us that we had to wait in that VERY long drive-thru line TWICE, because they would allow "only one order per car". (Their lobby was locked, so you couldn't order OR pick up inside.)

Really, Taco Bell? REALLY? You think that it's okay to jerk customers around like this? Especially FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS?
(After reading reviews, it seems that OTHER delivery drivers have had this issue here too!)

Seriously, folks, give your business to another restaurant that doesn't play these bulls**t games.
