Taco Bell reviews
19Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. Not impressed; almost every time I go my order is either not mine or wrong.
Finally, someone in the back is making the food correctly and orders are coming out right! The food is great now. Props to the one in the back preparing it. The line is still long in the drive thru and many items unavailable but it’s expected during Covid. Just the fact that someone is getting the order done correctly and the food is good deserves five stars from me.
They are finally getting enough staff! This location has had a rough few months but today I spent just a few minutesonger in drive thru then I would have preferred. Through all the hard times the staff has stayed pleasant and positive. Credit needs to be given to these hard workers! Thank you for lunch! It really hit the spot!
I only go here when I have to.meaning when someone else wants it. Super slow service at the drive-thru and they usually get my order wrong. The people are usually quite nice and of course the price is cheap, hence the additional star.
Good ol' reliable restaurant. Real nice tacos at a fair price. Great menu choices. Friendly staff. Moderate wait time at drive thru. Plenty of napkins. Enjoy!
Need to come around 11am to avoid the lunch rush through drive thru. Food is hot and good for a quick fix.walk in service still closed.customer service is great.never a mixed up order
Normally I get great food at a reasonable price and timely manner but the last visit they closed early at 3 pm instead of 10 pm, and neglected to tell the 12 + cars in line what was going on. I had to call and ask why it took 35 minutes waiting in line and they said we are closed. No explanation. No one came out to tell what was going on. You can't pull away from the line-up unless somebody moves on through. I was frustrated and hope they communicate better next time. So. I would have given them a 5, but I never got my order, so I went home to eat after cars in front let us all out. I understand they may have had a problem but they should make an effort to tell us.
Did an order on my phone they took the money and when I got there to pick up my food the store was closed. No one will respond to my emails my text messages or online nothing I want my money back.
Alot of locals like to eat here, as they typically have a lot of cars in the drive thru. Especially at night! But it's as to be expected these days with restaurants being short staffed and most lobbies are closed. I can't recall if their lobby was open, as I'm sure that probably played a factor in the longer than usual drive thru line. At this particular visit, the drive thru line was a long, but the staff was upbeat and friendly when we pulled up to the window. We got our food and the order was correct. All in all, it was a good experience. We have been back a few times and the drive thru line varies by the time of day.
We waited in line for 45 minutes only to get to the menu to tell us they were closed an (hour early). Are you kidding me? I'm not mad at the fact they closed, but come let the people in line that had the patients to wait know you are closed! Absolutely terrible! You are lucky you are the only Taco Bell in town. If this is a norm for you, maybe create a sign that goes on the last car so people don't have to waist 45 minutes for no reason.
Waited 45+ minutes in the drive thru line only to get up there to order and see that they closed at 8. Website needs to be adjusted or something. Not cool and not okay.
Nice staff, just need to have the lights on the sign looks like its closed from the street at night. Almost didn't stop. Parking lot is very dark.
Well for the 3rd time they gave me regular tacos instead of taco supreme. I am used to the wait. I just hate that they have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times!
We're sitting in the Drive-Thru with a minimum (so far) wait time of 17 minutes for one burrito. I feel like we're never going to leave Taco Bell.
40 min wait and the people working can’t bother to say 2 words to you. You’d think they were making every tortilla from scratch with the amount of time it takes them to give anyone their food, but clearly they’re just letting your food sit on the counter while they talk to each other.
Showed up 15 min prior to closing drive thru sign was still let and employees refused service and wouldn't answer questions.
If I could give this a -1 star review I would. I ordered 12 items and only 4 were correct. I spent $27.42 on an order I waiting in line for AN HOUR FOR! I am EXTREMELY upset. I haven’t eaten out in 2 months and we were craving Taco Bell and waited over an hour for food that wasn’t even correct. My husband ordered 1 beef Crunchwrap and got a mixture of black beans AND beef. He ordered a chicken chalupa and DIDNT EVEN GET IT. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and got CHICKEN. I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and they were fine then he ordered 2, but that’s not what he got. He got a burrito with beef and chips and fries in it? And then the 3rd was a beef burrito? Were they just shoving random things in the bag? I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap and got beef instead. Mind you I am vegetarian and only had TWO items I could actually eat out of everything I got. I spent too much money that we barely even have as I am disabled and unable to work. This was a huge treat for us, we were willing to wait for over an hour just to get all the way home with random items we don’t like or can’t eat. I was really looking forward to this. Oh but, Christopher M, our cashier was generous enough to give us our Sierra Mist for free for the long wait. I can’t believe the amount of money we wasted.
I went in to place my order. They did a good job, but forgot to give me my drink. So, I had to ask for it. Probably not a huge deal.
So went to taco bell to get food. I saw the long line in the drive thru, so i thought it might be a little quicker to go inside. No! Waited for 45 minutes for my order. They are so short staffed in there that I think they should only do drive thru if they can not handle people ordering online and inside. Also when I got my food it was cold and there was pretty much no meat in any of the tacos.
