Terrible service, no greeting just rudely “use the kiosk to order” there is many people that do not know how to use it. One elderly person walked out as soon as he was told to use the kiosk to order. Another Spanish speaking only was to helped because no employee speak Spanish, really in Taco Bell no Spanish speaking employee. Sad, sad…

It's a hit or miss when going through the drive through. Check your bags before you pull away! You won't regret it if you do.
Update: just went through the drive thru again and I asked for a sweet tea.it wasn't!

Filthy establishment especially where they prep the food. Messed my online order up and went in to fix it and left and when I got home they still messed my order up horrible service

Employees completely ignore you, they do not personally take your order anymore. It is ridiculous how long it takes to get your food. Last time I eat at this location.

Reliably taco bell. Big issue during peak time due to terrible design with the drive thru and surrounding property!

Food was cold. Ordered the deluxe craving box with a grilled cheese burrito and the other burritos for 899 and when I got my order and went to go eat it all it was was tortilla and nothing in it. I am really upset and I’m probably never going back. I am really surprised because the last few times I went to Taco Bell and it was amazing but I would’ve gotten better quality from Burger King or McDonald’s in town. This this was a joke.and I want my money back oh also u can’t call them on the phone

Customer service is shotty at best, ignoring waiting customers that prefer to order face to face rather than on the kiosk, completely ignoring to clean tables in the dining area forcing people to eat at dirty tables or asking them to do their job.

Completely wrong order even paid cash. I didn't get a single thing. I ordered very dissatisfied and they wouldn't answer their phone.

Easy in and out. I was shocked that a burrito supreme is now almost $6! Dude! I used to pay $1.49 for those! Anyway. I got what I ordered quickly with decent service and they made sure to not include raw onions like I asked.

Conveniently located behind the hotel we stayed in, we ate here 3 times over the course of our stay. The Crunchwrap Supreme is a must, and the nachos were perfect for our late night craving! The staff was so friendly and remembered our names after just the first visit!

I tried something new today! The Grilled Cheese Burrito minus the rice and Chipotle sauce and it WAS AMAZING I have a new favorite!

At least cook the food.
I live only 5 minutes away and anytime I get food it’s always cold by the time I get home. Shouldn’t have to microwave my fast food to eat it.
