Fast food is barely edible.
Not much Choice nothing open late

One thing do they put meat in anything
If co I can't tell next time I'll order

Went there today around 1: 30pm and could get them to take our order, the heavy set lady told Asked to use the kiosk that she didn’t have time to take our order when we said we would rather not she refused to come to the counter and take our order. Then told her don’t bother we were leaving

Gary is awesome. Sure the lines are long but I figure it’s because of great customer service and good quality. At other locations they just throw the food together when making it but here it has always seemed like they are mindful about how they put food together.everything is always even and hot. Thanks you guys

We were disappointed that several menu choices introduced in the 80s had been discontinued.

The food we ordered was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly.

Went to pick-up an order - the line for drive-thru was 10-12 cars lined up. Tried to go to the lobby to pick-up the order because there is a sign by drive-thru entrance that states for food delivery drivers have to go inside between 8am and 11pm.
But the lobby is closed so back to waiting inline for 33 minutes to pick-up the order to deliver.
Came back in 25 minutes and it's now 10: 15pm to wait 25 minutes to be told by the woman in charge that the restaurant is closed. And to be sworn at by the woman for telling her that they accepted the orders they should fill them. And that if the store is closed for close to 1 hour now why are all the lights on including the open sign. There hours of operation are posted on the window they close at 1am.

It boggles my mind how often this taco bell messes up my order. Last time we ordered chips and cheese.we got chips no cheese. This time we ordered 6 chips and cheese.we got 4. We also ordered 3 soft taco supreme.we got three crunchy tacos, one with nothing, one with tomatoes and one with everything. I can only blame myself because I kept going here. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

A new stage of lazy & inconsiderate Absolutely the worst customer service I've seen in years! Employees to lazy to turn off exterior lights indicating they might be closed but the kicker was the employee that was two feet away at the drive thru window that chose to ignore us instead of saying something crazy like "I'm sorry we are closed". Even though the store in Clackamas is three miles further then this one in Happy Valley, at least they know the value of a customer.

Showed up at 1030. Door says they are open until 12am. They had the drive through blocked with a wet floor sign and the front doors were locked. Put the right hours on your door.

This is a pretty good Taco Bell location. It's what you would expect food wise. Sometimes the drive thru gets pretty backed up. Just go inside and order to go. You will get your food much faster that way. Facility was clean on the inside. Staff seemed like they were happy and having a great time. It's my local taco bell so I will be back again and again.

Showed up at 11: 15 and the woman yells at me through the loud speaker we are closed even though they close at 12. Wouldn't have been so bad if she wasn't so frickin rude about it.

Chronically understaffed and just today they told me they wouldnt be open until noon. On top of not being able to order inside i just wont be going here again

They didn't have all the menu items which were ordered, and then also forgot to include 3 other food items that were ordered. Messed up the drink order, and I hadn't even left the parking lot when I called to ask for my missing things and I was told it was too close to closing time for them to make any additional food at the time.

Quick service, went through drive thru. Order accuracy is always a plus. A happier disposition would have been preferred.

No one to take your order & could not find what I wanted on computer inside. People that worked they would not come & help. Not even the manager she just made excuses! Sad. Drive through was so backed up! I left & did not order.

Comically bad. Second time I have come through during normal business hours to be completely ignored at the drive through speaker. I proceeded to pull around and wait at the window in hopes of being acknowledged. Wishful thinking.

Put in a pick up order for the "counter" but store was closed except the 40 minute drive thru. Employees just stared at us. Worst Taco Bell. Left without picking up, hope they had to make it still.
