Taco Bell, Hermiston OR

The person that took my order was nice. The person that delivered the food to the counter not so much. She called out my name ans said "door dash for DeAnna" mind you I work security and was wearing my uniform. In no way was I there for doordash. So my friend and coworker yells out she ain't door dash. The taco bell worker kept on working, not a bye, sorry or any kind of acknowledgement of any kind. I know people often get busy as I work in customer service at A convenient store, but that was a little over the top. Food was good, Resteraunt was clean. I give it a good 3 ans 4 stars because service could have been better. One visit in over a year possibly 2.taco bell used to be a favorite. Not so much anymore.

Don't got in side if you wanna order they still make you go on a machine instead of just helping you with your order what's the point of the front then?

Second time in a week I have gotten food from this location. Upcharge for "supreme" items and both times I received the basic, without the supreme added in. Why am I paying extra if you aren't going to put it in and make it right?

My experience was terrible on 11/18. I had a large Mobile order ($42.29 to be exact), I gave the crew plenty of time to prepare it, went to pick it up, it looked “ok”, without me unwrapping everything in-store- I thought I had everything I ordered. Wrong! I got home and I was appalled at the condition of everything I ordered. The Beefy 5-Layer Burritos (2) were missing most of the 5 ingredients, No Chicken in the Chicken Quesadillas, the (7) bean & cheese burritos were severely underfilled. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Ranch Burrito, didn’t even put it in the bag! I drove back down to TB and informed the counter attendant, they began making it right away, I wanted to order 2 add'l Crunchy Tacos & was directed to the KIOSK to place my order! WHAT NOW!? I saw six crew members working on orders, two at the POS stations and four making the orders. Overall I am highly dissatisfied and will not be back to this Taco Bell for many months, till they get their act together. I have informed the entire group I bought the food for, of my experience that night too.

Original review 11/6/23 on yelp. I wish I could have given negative stars. I'm really getting tired of coming thru drive thru and not getting what I ordered. I ordered 3 burrito Supremes, 1 nacho taco supreme, and a Pepsi.my nacho taco supreme was only a nacho taco, so I paid for the supreme, but didn't get a supreme and none of my burrito Supremes had lettuce. I mean thats crazy its like $5 each for those burrito Supremes. I paid almost $24 for my bill. I tried calling repeatedly over the last hour because I live in Irrigon. And I didn't find out till I got home.but nobody will answer the phone.called repeatedly!

Update. I attempted to call them for almost 3 hrs all I got was ringing at it kept sounding like it would go to fax after that. Shame on them. Im done with this Taco bell! U guys need to get your things together because you're running a business like its your own personal clubhouse. I'm done if u guys are incapable of making what is ordered and then you do not answer the phone and ignore responsibility! What you are doing is stealing from your customers when they order something and do not get what they ordered.

11/13/23. * Update; went bk today and thought Ill give them 1 more chance ordered all my food and told the girl at the window what happened asked her to turn mine into a supreme as compensation, since they took my money and never received supremes for the previous order but she was rude instead, disrespectful, and she said I should have drove 15 miles back 1 way the same day to fix it. I told her I called over several hrs and she said they were busy and can't answer the phone but I should've called or spent more time to drive bk within 2 days to talk to them. Keep in mind that I tried to call.over hrs and hrs… I do not live in Hermiston so I come to Hermiston when I can come. What is wrong with this place. Nasty mean disrespectful staff.and they never get your order right. Do not go! If this is what they do, this is how they treat u.and this is how they take responsibility. Do No Go!

Taco Bell is one of those fast food restaurants that a customer should never expect much. It is fast food, that is all I can say about it.

My to go place when i dont know what i want to eat. Tasty and seems fresh, but quite often out of many ingredients.

If i could give no stars, I would. Everytime I order here I ask for no dairy. And there always is dairy. My coworker group ordered last night we were missing more than half the order, I went back, they already had a line of upset people outside cause they “closed” at 12AM. The workers were just standing inside doing nothing but the doors were locked. I was told I would not be refunded because “they can’t do that” even though it was on the taco bell app. Told me to come back the next morning to see if the manager will help. Called the next day, the phone is never ever answered. Waste of time and money.

Wanted taco bell on my way home from work, make it to the drive thru and when I finally get to order at 12: 03am I get told "Sorry we're closed" twice. 3 people in front of me got to order then the 2 people behind me got to order. WHAT THE HELL! Since when does taco bell close at midnight, the sign says 5am. Never coming back to taco bell.
