Taco Bell, Portland OR

There is a particular manager that works at night I don't remember her name, but she is awesome. Very good to her customers. It's awesome that they allow bikes and walk ups at the window now and they started this way before the whole covid-19 came about.

The Taco Bell website and app says this Taco Bell is open til 3am, but tends to close closer to 2am. Either change the time of your scheduling or stay open til time on schedule.

Awful service, Baja blast was watered down, we made a large order and there was 1/4 of our order missing

Missed all special requests and 3 entire items, higher prices than the NE 122nd and San Rafael location

Would be so nice if the ingredients weren't separated along the burrito and actually made like a burrito.

They got our order right the first time and that is almost 5 star service in itself these days.but they got 4 cuz the drive thru attendant was a douche.

Stopped here for breakfast at 9: 15 am only to be told sorry we aren't doing breakfast today after I was already in the drive through to place my order. This of course meant that I was trapped and had to wait for the cars in front of me and could not back out because of the car behind me. All they had to do was put up a sign saying no breakfast and that would have fixed the problem. Who the hell eats lunch at 9: 15 a.m. Anyway? Won't ever go back to Taco Bell that's for sure!

Getting really tired of being charged EXTRA for changing 2 or 3 things on something for 1 thing.they don't take money OFF for the things you DON'T WANT

Omg this place at around night time sucks they are really slow you order your food and then it takes u at least 20min to get to the window nd then wait again I hate this place

It was quiet and relaxing inside, although the tables were a bit sticky and had some left over peices of food on them. Not too bad.

The homeless have taken over at this location. All over the parking lot. Just sitting around inside not eating. Carts full of junk blocking the entrance. I was asked for change twice just walking to and from my car.

It's a taco bell like any other. Since franchises have to follow certain standards, there isn't a lot to say appearance wise. As for the rest, usual stuff. Normal people working a crappy job etc.

Bombass service! Workers were kickass! Double decker pants guy with one pair sagging made my night! 15/10 mandime

The drive through is super quick. But when asked for no lattice that seems to be their cue to give you very very little of everything else and roll it into a cheese roll.

Their customer service is very devastating the management let's the employees manage the place my opinion is that they need to find New Management and skim through the employees that are there and hide new ones

Great service, and friendly staff that get your order right, and out to you fast no matter what time of day you go.

This place is good for fast food. I receive great friendly customer service when I go during night hours.

It's taco bell. The food is as good as any other location. Gentleman who took my order was polite and professional. They do have a sign that they don't participate in all franchise coupon pricing in order to offer competitive wages to employees (which is great), so cheesy bean and rice burrito was $1.29 instead of a $1.

What a great super fast place to get inchalada.

Horrible service. Waited over 20 minutes inside while they cleared the drive thru 5 times without ever serving the people in the dining room. Would have just left, but they wouldn't refund back to my debit card. If I could give them a negative 5 I would.
