This store is always very responsive to my fastener needs, and they hire knowledgeable people. They have good stock and most of the time carry the product that I need. I would recommend this business over the other fastener stores that I have gone to.

I called them with a question about carriage bolts. They didn't have the size I needed, and I asked a question about that size of carriage bolt in general, and the hung up on me.

Bought a high dollar porta power here, used on light job one time, second time it failed for no reason and would not build pressure they took back and "rebuilt" I then went to use it for the first time after that, it still did not work and now they tell me they want to "rebuild it" again.

I have 3 to 4 hours of waisted time to this tool.
By far worst warranty and return policy i have experienced.

I wouldn't recommend any tool purchase at this store.

If I had to do it again I'd recommend any other hardware store.

I wasn't even here buy anything. I was on a business trip and needed to use their phone to activate my cell phone. They were very friendly and very helpful. A+ for customer support

Very dangerous driver of company truck. Plate 056-HPG. He tailgated my daughter and I, then passed us on Hwy 213 on a two lane stretch but had no where to go as there was a line of traffic in front of us which he could see because she drives a small car. He then proceeded to tailgate the next car all the way into town. Sad you let such people advertise for you.

One of my favorite spots. You take a number & they call your number and while you wait you peruse the merchandise. They don’t always have what you need, but there’s a pervasive calm throughout the place. The prices are high, but most purchases are on account so no one minds. They don’t even have prices marked on a lot of the most interesting items! Just get it! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, call Portland Fastener, call ABC Supply, call Winks of course. Among the competitors, only winks also has numbers dispensed from a roll and called in order.
