The initial contact to schedule the appt was normal and the doctor even seemed like he listens to patients. It went downhill after. I'm not used to plastic surgeon clinics charging consultation fees since patients need those appts to determine if what they want is realistic and what to expect. No one mentioned any fee when I scheduled my appt. Then I was charged a $75 consult fee with my appt reminder. At my appt, I was refunded since they would be requesting records after all. Then I received a bill for copay. They charged my insurance for the appointment. The office communication is poor and I am now frantically looking for another surgeon since I'm in pain every single day. It is absolutely ridiculous how businesses are not upfront about what their costs/fees. That behavior screams red flag to me. Others might have a better experience but I expect a lot when I will be spending thousands of dollars.

Stay away from this doctor, not compassionate at all. Just wants money. He only has the reviews he has because he gets the bad reviews removed. This is my second review because somehow my first one was removed.
