The experience is great from the moment you walk in. The music, the lighting, and the ambiance is upscale and feels luxurious. Rosa is the owner and my stylist. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

The no kids and no pets policy is on the website? Maybe instead of having 10 of your friends all rate the business one star you could read the policy section on the website. I’ve never had a problem at this salon, the customer service is the best in Bend, the owner Rosa is wonderful, I had a great experience here.

Boy its really weird how all the bad reviews are all done at the same time today. You have never been there before have you. Just saying rude things because of your friend. Grow up

I have had the best experience at Tangerine. More specifically with Rosa. She has taken time to help me with my hair growth from chemo. Not only that but she has constantly made me feel comfortable and secure in my hair. I have a pixie cut and there is not a day that goes by that I don’t get compliments on the cut. She takes her time, she also cares for my needs. I haven’t ever had such a great personal experience until I came here. The ambiance, the smiles when I walk through the door, the front desk knows my name and always so friendly. Rosas dedication to customer care and personal touch makes me come back time and time again.

I have been going to Tangerine Salon for 5+ years and have never had a bad experience. The salon is high-end. The staff is professional. The owner, Rosa, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their products are the best! I highly recommend Tangerine to all my friends and clients. As a mother myself, I prefer the "no children" policy. I look forward to my appointments at Tangerine for the relaxing few hours of "me time" without distractions. Thank you Tangerine for making me look amazing and please continue the excellent customer service!

No where on their website that I have read has implied “no kids are allowed” but accommodation for others was made.

One of the best parts of the Tangerine salon is the really nice experience with a beautiful place and top quality service. It's like a special treat to be there. I have very sensitive hair and I trust no one other than Rosa Shea to make my hair beautiful!

Had a Haircut + Gloss/Toner with Nicole/@baytobendhair and absolutely loved everything about the way she did my hair. She is intuitive and talented.

I wanted a structured haircut and gloss that complimented and added movement to my fine sometimes flat (if cut wrong) hair.

She delivered the prettiest tone gloss that I have ever had and a beautifully layered haircut that looks great straight or with some curl/texture put in it. Very stoked with the precision of Nicoles work and can't wait to go back in 7 weeks!

I love my hair each time I leave the salon thanks to Rosa Decker! I first saw her when I needed some serious color correction help a little over a year ago. She helps take my cut/color ideas and make them perfect for my hair. Rosa is a lovely person to chat with during a long appointment, can't recommend her enough!

Rosa Decker is super fast with color! She's also very flexible if you need to add a tone or deep conditioning. If you're looking for a stylist who focuses on cool and warm blonde tones, you've found them! Park on side of street or in nearby garage. Cute studio.
