It wasn't the most pleasant experience. Our server was not very professional. We had to ask for everything. Her hair was hanging in her face and forward where it could have easily gone into our food. I have been in the restaurant business for a very long time. I had to bring my service dog with me. It was hot and we were in the sun. Eventually I just gave my dog a drink of water from my glass. Then someone else came over and said that they would offer me a cup. The server assistant / food runner was the best part of our entire experience. I personally have my arm in a sling, I was with my 79 year old mother and my 93 year old friend of the family. The server requested that we move her walker. No one offered to help. My mom and I ordered the halibut fish tacos. The tortilla was extremely greasy. In the past these tacos were excellent. We asked for the check, boxes, and refills. They have recently changed their menu so I had high hopes. I feel the only reason they're still in business is because of their location on the river, and the view is Gorgeous. Unfortunately it's more of a glorified coffee shop. We asked for no salt on the French fries, which they then brought to the wrong person. I'm really surprised the board of health has not cracked down yet. Yes it's beautiful, however I probably will not be returning. It's a shame.

First time here with family from the East Coast. We asked to sit by the window to watch the river. The Hellgate jetboats were preparing to depart. We had cod fish and chips. They were cooked just right and the fries were amazing. There was plenty of parking space. Many animal sculptures throughout. The outdoor waterfall is delightful.

I beautiful building with gorgeous views, C- service, and C+ food and menu. I have given this place thousands of my dollars re-trying it over the years and it never fails to disappoint?

A beautiful restaurant in a gorgeous setting. Good service, consistently reliable menu with many interesting choices featuring PNW fare. Although I usually get the Crab BLT Salad, this time I thought I'd give their Poutine a try. It was nicely presented, tasty, with just the right amount of gravy, though not quite as many cheese curds as I would have liked.

A glass of Schmidt Family Cabernet Sauvignon (from one of the better local wineries) was also greatly appreciated.

Inside the building is beautiful, so many artful items to see.
The food was wonderful and the service was topnotch, we wanted for nothing.
Outside is very sad, the landscape needs attention and the waterfall has a stagnant water smell.

Let me start by saying our waitress was excellent & the food came out quickly. However, when we first arrived there was no one there. We walked around with another couple trying to find a hostess for about 5 minutes and only saw a plumber who was working in the restroom. I finally called the restaurant from the lobby and a hostess appeared from a side room. We asked if they were open and she said, “Yeah” in a very rude tone. Our interaction with the hostess was unpleasant from start to finish.

The downstairs smelled like a hospital or nursing home when we walked through it. The patio needed swept of cobwebs.

The food was nearly $30 a plate, but they charge extra for bread and a soup or side salad. The portions were smaller than what I remember in the past and the prices were higher. The food was not worth the price.

I have always loved this restaurant, but we will not return. There are plenty of restaurants in town that serve to die for flavor for half the price and double the portion.

Went here for the first time and was super excited to eat on the River. We had a party of 6 (3 kids and 3 adults) and on a Friday night the wait time was 10-15 minutes, not bad. We got seated, ordered and it took 20-30 minutes to get our food. The food looked delicious! My halibut was cold. My husband ordered a steak and it was super tough. Tough enough that he sent it back and asked for something else. It took forever to get a replacement meal. I hate leaving reviews like this but I believe an honest review may help them improve. I do have to say that the server was super nice

I was able to grab some food before I headed home. I would say this place was kid friendly with all the kids there when we got there. I got the burger and it was great. The burger was amazing but the fries were limited. Not enough of the fries

We went to dinner with friends a couple nights ago. We hadn't been there for awhile. They have changed the menu. We were not happy with 2 of the items.
I realize practically everyone is short staffed. The place filled up quickly so the service was not so good.

Right on the Rogue river with walkways full of paintings wooden animals and murals. Inside is so beautiful. Multi level but there is an elevator and outside seating.

A little pricey. The food is great, but the portions are small. Great views and expert staff.

The fries were good. The ginger hard cider smelled horrible which made it impossible to drink. My prime rib dip sandwich was marginal at best. I’m really bummed about it because we used to love going here but the quality of the food has been going downhill in the last couple of years.

I had Rogue steelhead with a blackberry glaze

Really tasty and cooked to perfection

Wife had Chimicuri and we finished with Jack Daniels bread pudding a la mode

Definitely coming back here
