We are having taste of Pearl food for the holidays (Thanks Giving, Christmas, and New Years) and it is fabulous so wonderful and tasty.
I love it. We have String Hoppers, Jack fruit curry and Pupadums.
My Mom is from Sri Lanka and I lived there until I was nine, and this food is fantastic.

Kal is a master caterer. His Taste of Pearl food is divine, tantalizing to the taste buds.

Just had the most amazing Sri Lankan feast from Taste of Pearl! The flavors were out of this world – spicy, sweet, and everything in between. Each curry was like a flavor explosion!

I can't get over the coconut-infused rice; it was the perfect match. And the staff? Super friendly and ready to dish out details about the dishes.

Honestly, if you're into bold, authentic Sri Lankan flavors, this caterer is a must-try. They've turned eating into a whole experience. Five stars aren't enough – more like a flavor-packed galaxy!

We use the taste of pearl for our event and it was amazing. Exactly what you expect fresh food everything is just perfectly done. Kal the chef is amazing and I can’t even explain how the food taste it just melts in your mouth with a zillion flavors.

Amazing food! If you are looking for something new, delicious and different, I highly recommend Taste of Pearl. My favorite is the cashew curry and pol sambol. Kal takes great care of his customers and will make sure your menu is just right. And they have some great Sri Lankan veggie and vegan options. Highly recommend!

Recently my family and I had the joy of eating an exquisite meal prepared by Kal, owner and chef of The Taste of Pearl. Having traveled 2 times before in southern India, I was excited to taste the difference between South Indian and Sri Lankan food. While both countries use chili, cardamom, cumin, coriander and other spices, Sri Lanken food has a distinctive taste because of its use of Maldive fish as an ingredient. And while I cannot confirm that the dishes I ate had Maldive fish, I can confirm that each dish was exotically flavorful, filling, and plentiful! I would recommend The Taste of Pearl to enthusiastically.

I did some work at Kal's home and got a taste of his food. I've never had Shri Lankan before, but now I've probably eaten more Shri Lankan food than a native 5 year old. I had him bring a platter over to our shop at work for my team to try, and there was zero left overs. Great food, and the Chef's a fun hang too!
