It was good. The food was a little overpriced and not outstanding, however it wasn't bad. The berries on my French toast were frozen and discolored.

The service here was good. We came in this week. We tried something new as Lincoln city is a family favorite. The reviews were super good so we thought we would try it out.

Out waitress was super friendly and checked on us often. Unfortunately our food was burnt. Our pancakes were completely black on one side. Still tasted ok, just had that burnt taste to it unfortunately.

Cute little restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. Staff is friendly and service was fast. The hamburger was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I will go back to try breakfast for sure.

Best food I have tasted in a long time. Everything homemade. Fresh. I recommend this place. Best Ruben and homemade fries. I will be going back.

Charming place with good food. Nothing special or life altering. Great place to get a nice meal and chat with friends, family, or co-workers.

Hot Garbage. The corned beef hash was mush, the biscuits had no flavor, the Gravy tasted old. The waffle was undercooked & it seemed like they went as far as watering down the syrup. The coffee was also bad brown water.
It is amazing to behold getting charged so much money for such terrible quality. This place needs a health inspection.

We were so excited to go back to a place we had loved, but sadly we were left feeling quite disappointed. Not sure if a new cook or he's just trying a new recipe on the onion rings but they were not the delectable rings we remembered. These were heavy and almost seemed baked not fried. Had loved the thin sliced, greasy, crunchy rings they used to do. Service very slow despite there only being a few patrons. Cups empty for a long time, server rarely checks on the table. I really wanted to enjoy it again, but the memory was better than the experience.

Decided to try something new today while visiting Lincoln city. Chose this place based on good reviews. When we went in it seemed kinda busy, about half the tables full. The waitress took us to the table and did not come by for 25 mins to take our order after watching another man get up and ask her to come take the order for his table we were considering leaving. She had not even brought over waters to us. She took our order and was prompt to bring back waters after; my husband ordered pigs in a blanket and i got bacon and eggs.food came out pretty prompt except toast and which was out quite a few minutes after. One of the pancakes on my partners plate was burned to black on one aide and then rolled around the sausage. The other two were pretty delicious. My bacon had seemed like it was cooked in the deep fryer. The hashbrowns came out mushy and eggs were cold by the time the toast arrived. Ine person was complaining about waiting and the waitress just kind of shrugged. Overall the vibe of the bistro was cute decor, fun pictures but the waitresses needed to have better customer service and the food was very mediocre. I do not give poor reviews or even usually complain but i was really disappointed in this experience

Wonderful food and service! This place is very casual and easy going. You can't help but feel comfortable there and we enjoyed the old westerns on the TV.

Tried this for breakfast this morning with family. Was not a hard location to find as it was nestled right across the street in it's own lot from Pelican Brewery off 101. Upon arriving, we were seated quickly despite the Bistro looking busy/packed with patrons.

Before I get to the food - want to stress that the service was 5 star across the board. Our server was attentive, friendly, and welcoming and that's sometimes really overlooked at restaurants.

We ordered the Country Benedict (only available on Sat/Sun!), 2 Egg Breakfast with pancakes, Berry Stuffed Fresh Toast, Biscuits & Gravy and a Chicken Fried Steak. Aesthetics wise, the food looked appetizing, was hot, looked fresh and smelled great. Upon eating it, we can truthfully only recommend the County Benedict, Pancakes and Eggs. The chicken fried steak was subpar, as the fry wasn't executed as great as you'd hope and the taste left a lot for improvement, and the Biscuits & Gravy was extremely underwhelming as the gravy was WAY overpowered with sage to the point none of us could finish it.

That being said, the French Toast was well done but didn't expect whole fruit inside of it which made it slightly difficult to eat but otherwise very tasty, and the pancakes were light and fluffy and sweet - sleeper hit!

The true winner was the County Benedict - the chorizo gravy was INSANELY GOOD, like should not have been as good as it was. Highly highly recommend this dish on the weekends - it's worth it's weight in gold!

All in all, would recommend Tastebuds Bistro for breakfast for the French Toast, Pancakes and Benedict on the weekends. Solid 4 star establishment with 5 star service.

Glad I ended up here after hunting for a breakfast spot.

Loved this cute rock inspired bistro! The decor was fun to glamor at and the food was amazing. My favorite memory of this place is our server though. She reminded me of my late Oma (who passed when she was too young) if she were into tattoos and really cool piercings. It was nice to feel like family was near, even if it was just reminiscent.

Fantastic turkey bacon sandwich on sourdough, and huge home-battered onion rings. This place was recommended and did not disappoint. BTW the sandwiches are big enough to split between two people.
