Ashley was absolutely unprofessional and rude to work with. After specifically asking them to put me on the no call list she made it a point to message me back one more time with it an obviously sarcastic “happy Thanksgiving”. I’m shocked that the supposed owner of this business would behave in such a way. I should not have to ask more than once to be placed on a no contact list. Ashley, you do not know what I’m dealing with today, and you have no right to be so petty and unprofessional. I then called the company directly and requested to speak with the manager and Ashley told me she was the owner and *yelled* over me on the phone and would not let me speak. If this company contacts me again, legal action will be taken.

Kelly and Ashley were fantastic. Ashley contacted me to let me know that they could probably get me a very good price for my car. When I arrived, Kelly was expecting me and he knew everything about my car and he was ready to make an offer.
The transaction was seamless and I had a check in my hand within a 1/2 hour.

We sold our vehicle to T&C Auto Network in May, and it was fast, easy and they paid far more than anyone else offered. Kelly and Ashley know their stuff and are very friendly, gave us a quote right away, paid us immediately, worked out the paperwork, and provided an Uber ride home for us. It was a great experience and we recommend them highly (and we don't know them personally, if you're thinking how can selling a car be so great; we were kind of amazed ourselves).

Okay. So when we first went to KBB to price our used vehicle a bunch of places reached out to us. Because we had never heard of T&C we went to Beaverton Honda first. They offered way less than what KBB suggested our car was worth and we were really disappointed. We left and made an appt with T&C and upon arrival, I was instantly relieved! Ashley and her husband were so welcoming and genuine! They offered the KBB value on our car and we signed instantly. Then we realized we didn’t have our title on us…we had shipped it with our belongings across country! I was so stressed out but they were amazing and told us they’d hold the car and that we could ship the title to them once we got to NC and found it. Fast forward two weeks later…we sent them our title and they immediately sent us a cashiers check for the full amount! We cashed it…easy peasy! If that doesn’t instill trust…what would? Definitely don’t waste your time. Go straight to them and get the most for your vehicle from a reliable, trustworthy, kind and generous family owned business.

This is a family owned business and Ashley and Kelly were extremely pleasant to work with! They offered more than I had expected and the whole process was very smooth! I was in and out within 30 minutes! In addition, the office and the area around them were great too! So it felt very comfortable and safe the entire time I was working with them.
