When this place used to be Fat Straw, it was the bomb! The bahn mi sandwiches were amazing and the dairy free boba teas delicious. What I ordered at tea social can't compare. It was watery boba tea, and the bahn mi sandwich was all bread. It wasn't bad but there was hardly anything in it. Service was fine, food could be lots better

I ordered a hot tea - specifically lotus green loose leaf tea that seemed to have nuanced flavors from the description. They put a tea bag in extremely hot boiling water in a large cup and gave it to me. I wasn’t sure for how long to brew it but took the tea bag out after 5-10 minutes. Perhaps since the water was too hot for green tea, the tea tasted burnt/oversteeped. For a tea place, I would expect them to brew the tea for the customers for the right time/right temperature/right quantity of water. Maybe their boba milk teas are good but don’t order their hot teas.

The tuna banh mi is out of this worldddd. I’m obsessed with it. The bread is exceptional, the tuna exceptional, the spicy mayo: exceptional. If something ever happens to the tuna banh mi I don’t know how I could carry on. The tea and boba is great too. Everything is great. But that tuna banh mi: it is perfection.

We stop by for a coffee milk tea. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Teas are always great.

First time we went, they were out of boba. Second time we went and they thankfully had boba, it was hard and crumbly within the middle. I recommend going to Tea Chai Té just down the street.

Kinda of tucked away but a great spot to take a break if you need. So much space. We are not huge fans of boba.however the service was amazing they made us feel comfortable and even let us sample the crystal boba! Put us at ease and made a delicious drink as well. I'll be back if you haven't tried this place go Check it out they have a varied menu and the Thai tea is AMAZING!

Great service! Cute little place with a nice location! I tried their lavender vanilla milk tea and I've been obsessed ever since! It's such a good balance of sweetness, tea, and the flavorings! They also have a good amount of vegan options!

The boba was soft, the milk tea was nothing special though. I've heard their food is fantastic but haven't had the chance to try it.

This was a nice cool spot to hide out during the heat! I had an iced peach green tea which was perfect at half sweetness. The BBQ bahn mi had the crispiest bread and was the perfect snack. There are several tables and chairs inside and looks like it would be a good study/work spot with available outlets too. The staff was very friendly and attentive!

Came here for a cold drink and really enjoyed it! I got the lychee/mango slush with boba. It wasn't too sweet and was a great smooth icy texture. The boba was a good amount of chewy and soft and the flavor combination was great! You are able to choose multiple flavors or just one for the slushes. Will be coming back on another visit.

I think I’ve been here at least once a week since moving to the area. It’s my favorite boba shop in Portland! Their banh mi is so good and the drinks are excellent

I love that they have a vegan option for boba. Not many places at all in the area have an option for vegans, so once I found out, they did. They are my go-to! I love the different flavors they have. The staff is super friendly & kind. I've never had any issues with ordering boba or coffee here. I highly recommend stopping by

As a diabetic it’s hard to find places that offer stevia sweetened bobba but this place does and has so much verity. Thank you

Usually I have to wait 30 minutes for a bubble tea at my usual place but I thought I’d try this one out. They had my favorite flavors (rose and lavender) and the tapioca balls were perfect. They helped me immediately and my drink was out in 5 minutes or less. The establishment itself had plenty of seating and was very clean.

Nikki was so nice and friendly! I love the mango smoothie and the sandwich was amazing! I love that there are so many options for us that can't do dairy!

I love this place. The double meat bahn mi is excellent. The bread is perfect, and the toppings are generous. The various teas and smoothies that they have are really good as well. The staff and owners are super friendly as well. Highly recommended.
