Bought a nachi directional valve for a screw trailer. The valve failed after one trip. I picked one up directly from nachi North America and showed them the valve they told me it’s not made by them. I contacted Joshua England for an explanation to what is going on and was ignored. It’s been over a month. Poor customer service. Not to mention I paid almost triple what it cost me to pick it up from nachi.
