7Fixed my problem quickly and efficiently, they were nothing but honest, transparent and fair throughout the whole process.
REVIEW EDITED. NOT SO GREAT. These guys are great! I bought a router from them to get service from a new internet company in town and the router needed serviced and I was told to call the router company and have them help me fix it. I got the run around for hours so I called Technjcal Genius Solutions and they just told me to bring it in. They fixed the router for me and they did it for free and with a smile. I will definitely be giving them all my business from now on!
Unfortunately the router they sold me never worked with the internet company so when I called about a possible refund (since it didn't work and was purchased new from them a few months prior). I left a message with a female staff and then I called and received their machine which I left a msg on. That was a few weeks ago. I figured that was my answer. SO, Yeah, $85 fun useless paper weight is what I ended up with.
This company is wonderful! John figured out a computer issue that had plagued me for years! His prices are fair and he is very reliable. He got back to me on a weekend when I had an emergency issue! I have been with them for years and rely on them for my profession. Keep up the good work!
Technician was great. Went the extra mile to take care of the problems I had with my laptop. Highly recommend this business. Have used them a few times in the past. Service has been great every time.
Really impressed with the knowledge and service at TGS. Called ahead and spoke with, then was assisted in person by Quinn. Needed a new laptop for school, Quinn was really helpful and I appreciate it.
John did an exceptional job helping my business transition to online sales and delivery. He made getting customer support easier than if I were to attempt on my own. Additionally, he made sure understood our website builder and we were set to accept our first payment.
