Alex quickly summed up the problem and provided quote for repairs. Ken, Service Tech, arrived onsite and fully explained the repair procedures and how it would improve the stability of the foundation.

In February, (winter) I had 8 push piers installed and the professionalism and work accomplished was superb! In June I turned on my sprinklers and the water was running all over the place. Pretty common to have a leak or a problem with sprinklers over the winter. Once I checked them out, I knew it was a broken pipe. Terra Firma came out and confirmed and within a day or two sent a team out to repair them. Everything repaired the same day. Five stars! A+. Terra Firma is a class act! Highly recommended!

Our Design Specialist, Morgan Kullowatz, came to our home in a very timely manner, reviewed our situation and concerns and offered clear and concise options at a reasonable price. There was no attempt to upsell other services. Upon agreement of services, the team of Jorge Valeria, Fernando and Jose V.arrived promptly as scheduled, explained the process in detail and worked efficiently to complete the project. I contracted Terrafirma to waterproof the crawlspace of our 1940s home. Jorge (the foreman), Jose and Fernando came out and did an excellent job. They had the work done in about a week and half and removed over 20 cu.yd.of dirt from underneath the house. Jorge gave us updates at the end of each day and let us know of their progress and the work yet to be done. His crew was friendly and professional and anyone to get them on their job will not be disappointed.

After first receiving a quote from one of their competitors only to have them raise the price $10k just before the work began I went back to my second quote with Terrafirma and asked for a few changes, like the addition of a sump pump. Terrafirma not only delivered but in the end came in under their competitors original quote. They delivered where the competition could not and I will recommend them to friends, family and anyone looking for crawlspace/waterproofing work. Thank you Terrafirma!

Very professional to work with. They seemed to have a better grasp of our home’s foundation health than competitors, including how we needed to modify our approach to make it safe. Luis, Sebastian, and Rudi did a great job on our basement and kept us informed of their progress each day.

We had our crawl space waterproofed with a sump pump installed by TerraFirma. Our experience with this company was excellent. Sammy was our coordinator and kept us advised throughout the process in a very thorough and efficient way. Christian was the foreman in installation and Antonio and Jesse worked with him. They all were such hard working and super pleasant young men! They let us know what they were doing all the way through and cleaned up each day, leaving everything tidy. We are very satisfied with TerraFirma's work and recommend them highly!

My experience with the Terra Firma employees and the competed job, exceeded my expectations by far! Everyone was kind and respectful. I never expected the excellence of service I received.

Poor communication and customer service. Crew neglected to instruct us on how to use our sump pump before leaving. Crew broke our toilet during the work. TF paid to replace it but hounded us to get the estimate for the replacement.

When I had a question about the work performed, it took two people just to finally tell me they didn’t have pictures of that portion of our house, even though I was told they would take pictures at all stages of the work. Ultimately someone had to come back out to our home to answer my questions. They hounded us about payment even though the delay was due to a dispute about their work. Overall dissatisfactory communication and customer service.

My experience with the company was excellent from the person who assisted me over the phone (thanks to her, they managed to do business with me, she deserves a bonus), Jacob's evaluation, Sammy's phone call in Spanish, and Luis and his team's professional work. Having a 10-year warranty on the job it's a plus!

We had TerraFirma out to work on our foundation six months ago and were very pleased with the experience. We had a pretty big project on a home built in 1900 and the company worked with us to divide it into phases so it wasn't so financially overwhelming. Phase 1 included crawl space encapsulation, replacing old wood columns with smart jacks, carbon fiber stitching cracks, installing a dehumidifier and a sump pump with drainage line. After starting the work they realized some components that had been in the contract weren't needed and they quickly had me sign an addendum that would lower the cost of the project. James Taylor, the lead was great to work with, always explaining their plans for the day, progress they had made and ensuring that we were pleased with the work. The crew was right on time every day for two weeks. They were clean and courteous. They were set to finish a day early but found some water entering the basement while they were wrapping up. James called his supervisor and they set to work installing a section of drainage system that was unplanned. They did this at no additional cost because they said that is what they were hired to do and it was the right thing to do. I was shocked by this because it is hard to find a company and crew off workers that will stand by their work like that. Terra Firma might be more expensive than other quotes you get but it was the first time I have felt that a company genuinely cared about the quality of their work and they treated my home with respect. James and his crew (Byron, Alex, and Jake) went way above and beyond to make our basement a better and more useable place. They certainly could have just done the minimum that was agreed upon but they didn't and they will get my business for any future needs because of it. Our unfinished basement and crawlspace is now clean, comfortable and dry. The work was transformative. I highly recommend this company.

Very good work. They completed the job in three days, and even came out a few days later when I had more water on the floor. It was a plumbing problem, not waterproofing, which was easily fixed by the plumber. No charge for Terra Firma follow-up visit.

I was very happy with the work that was done on my crawl space fixing drainage problems and putting a sump pump in. They also put in metal plates around the crawlspace exterior walls.
The young men were very nice and they kept me informed. They were also very careful to keep my inside floor clean. (The only entrance to the crawl space was inside my house.)
My neighbor also used them when her floor had some problems.
I am happy to recommend them.
