Redmond Electric is one of the best Electricians in the Central Oregon market today. Iven had the pleasure of having them work on our home for the past three years. They communicate well, are honest, and hard working.their leads make sure the project is complete in full and stand by their work.they are a part of our community and I highly recommend them

Excellent service. At first, I thought they were 3 weeks out because of a backlog; however, they called me the day after I placed my work order on their site. They met me at my house and fixed both of my bathroom fans within 2 hours. The electrician was intelligent, experienced, friendly, and efficient.

Their charge was minimal; I actually thought they should charge more on an hourly basis. The drive out and back for their electrician was probably 1/2 hour. I recommend their service; I will use them again.

I highly recommend Redmond Electric. Scheduling was handled well and the service was first rate.

The person who answered the phone and scheduled my job was very professional and worked with my schedule. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be calling them for my next project.

They came recommended by another company. Neil came out the day after we called about installing a hot tub to give us an estimate which we found very fair. 2 days later 2 young men came (I dont remember thier names) and did the install. Very professional service, installation passed inspection by county. In the office was Jane, super nice to deal with. Highly recommend them for work.

They don't respond to you, period. Try and try and try as we did, they almost never got back to us and left us waiting for a long time for any answers on everything. I want to be appreciated for giving my business to someone. This group doesn't seem to care that we needed help. Very disappointing experience.

If you enjoy being IGNORED completely, NOT getting responses for days on end, getting the run around, this is the company for you. If you enjoying being treated like your NOT a priority, go ahead and hire these guys. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Horrific experience with the VERY unprofessional company.
