My best friend and I have been renting from Territorial Land Company for almost a year now. They have always been very friendly and professional. Anything that we have needed taken care of, has been done in a timely manner.

When someone has a maintenance problem, is it right to chew out the customer that their always complaining. It's not a complaint if something is broken. A property management company should be quick to fix things, not to do it in their own sweet time. Also to be respectful to the customer

The level of maintenance on the duplex we are renting is very good. We appreciate all the built in services! The new paint job on the exterior came out very nice. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and that is greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this business if you have any rental needs. Employees go out of their way to keep tenants happy and safe!

They are fair, transparent and timely. The only rental agency I have ever had that actually listens to their clients and their needs. You won't be disappointed. Jenn&Don G.

We have been renting for a year and a few months, they have been amazing to work with, and very helpful when we have needed repairs, i have not rented in over 10 years, but they have been great to work with.

Pleasant, responsive. Have rented for 3 1/2 years. Our rental is dog friendly. We maintain the yard. Only just received a price hike of a whopping $50/ month. Rate is quite reasonable.
