Bad customer service.
I purchased a Tesla from the inventory. They called me and canceled my purchase because I couldn’t pickup same day. They refused to refund me my $250 deposit.

They will assign you a sales associate, and that person will take multiple weeks to respond to any question you have.

I visited on July 11th and had the worst auto dealer retailer I've had in over 40 years! The salesman was SMUG, IGNORANT, MISLEADING and condescending. He minimized my concerns by making false claims. I was seriously going to buy a model Y but based on this experience, I will no longer consider this manufacturer. If you must buy a Tesla, AVOID THIS RETAIL OUTLET and you'll save yourself from getting misleading information.

The salesman was accompanied by a sales woman. The lady was empathetic and tried to address my concerns while the salesman simply spoke over me and the sales lady. It's clear the salesman had no respect for his female co-worker and for the concerns of a customer.

During the visit, we walked out to a model Y and I asked a simple question - "WHERE IS THE SPARE TIRE? " He said that they don't have one. He said that you would call their service people and they will come out and repair/replace the tire. I asked what would happen if I'm in an area without any cell service. He said that is unlikely to happen. I said that happened to me a few months ago in southern Oregon. He then said "no one knows how to change a tire. " I told him that I do and my daughter has known how since she was a teenager. He then said if you choose to drive in areas without coverage, that is your choice. Seriously? Do drivers choose their routes based on coverage of not? Did he just dis all the people who live in very rural areas?

Then when I saw that the only checkable fluid was windshield washing fluid, I asked "HOW DO I CHECK THE OTHER FLUIDS? " He said there are no other fluids. I called him on it and he said there are regenerative brakes so there is no brake fluid. I educated him on how regenerative brakes work and that even with energy capture, there are still traditional brakes that kick in. I also informed him that I have a hybrid and it has brake fluid for the hydraulics. He then back peddled and said that drivers don't need to ever check and Tesla technicians check it during maintenance checks. So I CAUGHT HIM IN A LIE. I wonder how many buyers he has misinformed.

There are several other items where he either outright lied, tried to mislead me or just minimized my concerns in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. I hope this sales rep is not indicative of the reps here but based on what I saw, he is either a senior rep or a sales manager. SO AVOID TESLA and AVOID THIS LOCATION and you'll save yourself a lot of misleading information.

Went to this showroom in Washington Square Mall today. Mario was fantastic! He provided an excellent description of the car, allowed me to test drive and answered all my questions patiently. The whole experience was delightful and made me want to buy a Tesla even more! Will definitely recommend the showrrom and Mario!

Refused showing me the car without giving him my personal information. Didn’t ask to drive it, asked to see the interior only. Rude and disrespectful, probably because we didn’t come to buy the 150k car. Very disappointing visit.

Super low key sales staff not pushy in any way, cars are turned on in showroom to experience functions inside the cars, drive mode disabled

The experience at the Tesla store is something that everybody should experience. Even if you’re not going to buy a Tesla just come in and see what the buying process could look like.

I went here to get information about delivery timing details as I was preparing to move to another state and planning on picking up a Tesla once I moved right away. I spoke with a rep that assured me that it should not be a problem communicating and arranging a later pickup date. So I went home and placed the order. Unfortunately I was told that I needed to pickup the new car the next day. I tried calling Tesla and explain the situation and they said they can’t do anything about it and there was no way to setup a later delivery day. Wrong information was given and they took my $250. I did ordered one once I moved and took delivery, It’s a petty for Tesla to be taking $250 all over the place and regardless what these vehicles gets sold easily. The biggest problem here though is the misinformation that i was given by a rep at this location. So now my Tesla is actually $250 more expensive than other because I had to make 2 deposits.

Delivery managers Ben and Alec were incredibly rude and unprofessional in informing me I had 30 minutes to pick up the new model Y or lose it, and hung up on me after a brief argument in which he said there was no other alternative. This was during very bad weather that prevented me from picking up the vehicle on time. Worst experience and a master class in how not to treat a customer who did not have all the pick up information on the app correctly.

Just want to give a shoutout to Jessie (spelling) from the Washington Square Tesla store. We came in New Year's Eve afternoon and he was able to get us in to Model X the same day to lock in the year end deal. From the very beginning, Jessie went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We hit many obstacles but he was patient and made the process of purchasing the car as smooth as possible. In addition to his expertise and professionalism, Jessie was also friendly and personable. I never once felt pressured or rushed.

Disgusting customer service 12/26/22. I was there to get information on the cars. When I asked the sales man for info, Sales man cutt me off because he was receiving a gift from another customer. I waited for a few minutes he just completely ignored me. His loss, I was really hoping to buy a car. Hopefully future customers have a better experience than me. I would not recommend this location

I first visited Tesla yesterday on a whim.

Today I ordered one!

Dan Stanton was phenomenal!

It was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences I've ever had. While I didn't quite spend $100,000 it was close enough to be the single most expensive transaction of my life.and I'm happy and excited about it.

Best service center in the Portland area. The employees here were helpful in solving the issue we had, and also we're very friendly to me and my family (including young kids).

Terrible service! They need the car for 2 days and won’t provide any kind of loaner car or car rental credits. Gave $100 uber voucher. Absolute joke!
